Perfect getaway for us. Accommodations were just as described. Beach access was great. Even though it was late in the season, we were able to take our dog down there to romp along the shoreline!

Beautiful location and cabin. The hosts went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had what we needed. They also had beautiful holiday decorations up which was such a nice touch, especially this time of year. Highly recommend this location

The view was great, pet friendly, beautiful sandy beaches. A few things should have been cleaner. Missing a couple house hold items that should have been stocked. When we realized there wasn’t any wood stocked for the fire pit the host was able to get somebody to bring us some quickly. Thank you for that. Greatly appreciated.

This is our third VRBO rental in East Tawas in the last five years and definitely the best. My husband grew up in Tawas City and our kids and grandchildren spent vacations at my in-laws beautiful Victorian home. After selling the home we all missed our vacations so we started renting every summer. This is really the perfect location; close to town with a beautiful view and private beach. The house is spacious and comfortable. I’m so glad we found it!

Everything was as stated. Very nice beach, home is roomy and great for a large group. We had absolutely NO issues. Would stay there again.

Beautiful view and a lovely property. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. We stayed in the winter when it was cold, but enjoyed our visit. Great beach area for a summer visit.

Overall experience was great. We would rent this home again for our family. The home was set up well and spacious enough for our 8 family members with several of them being teenagers, which was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked, the beachfront was lovely. The main recommendation I would make is to clean and present the patio areas better. Both the upstairs deck and downstairs walk out (deck and furniture) were coated in sand, toys, old chairs strewn around, and cobwebs - beyond what that days weather may have brought. They appeared to be long neglected and not set up for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. I think getting out a blower and broom would have been a huge improvement with minimal effort. Next time, we may bring our own to prep the area. Again, we would rent again. Excellent property for a big party, beautiful waterfront and sizable home.

This was a wonderful location for our family and dog to stay. The home was beautiful and the beach was lovely as well. It is quite a hike to the beach but there was a handy wagon there for our stay that we used to take things out to the beach.

Perfect location & beautiful view

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular especially on the days we woke up in time to catch the sun rise. A beautiful place to stay to relax. We would definitely stay here again

Location with access to the beach was lovely. Lots of room with LR up and downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Property could use some TLC in some places.

We stayed two nights to go look at fall colors and hike the near by trails. Location right on the water was beautiful. I could see summer time with a family being a blast here. Kitchen was well stocked. We did not use the basement or laundry room, however that would be great for a week stay with kids to spread out.
