We had three couples staying for a three day weekend. This place was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. Thank you for the great stay. We will definitely do it again.

This home is in great condition. It was perfect for our 4-person girls’ weekend, which was our second visit to this home. We each had our own bed! There are many amenities available that make the visit just like home. The extra throws were comfortable on the cool mornings. Several magazines were provided for relaxing reads. The secluded back yard and deck were awesome for evening relaxation. Also, the home is just blocks from downtown Tawas where there are several restaurants and many stores for shopping, which includes a Ben Franklin store! We will stay here again!

Comfy and great location!

This house was so comfy and cozy, especially compared to the hotel my friends were at. The owner really thought of everything. It's in a great location near the beach and near downtown. We'd definitely stay again!

Girls trip 2025!!!!

Very nice place to stay. Very clean. Close to everything you need. Beach bars restaurants. Love shopping on Newman street.

Girls Trip - East Tawas!

This is my second time staying here and I hope to continue to stay here time and time again! We had the best girls weekend and everyone loved the home! It's conveniently located for a nice walk downtown and to our friends family cottages! I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Girl’s weekend

A nice updated home 8 blocks to shopping and restaurants. Close distance to a beautiful park and Lake Huron. We loved the secluded back yard where we sat outside and enjoyed catching up. The home is well stocked with anything you need. The bonus was each of us had our own bed. The main bathroom has a deep tub that is challenging to get into without any grab bars, but it was a good shower. The smaller bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head that was awesome. We would stay there again.

Cozy Place for a Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. All newly renovated with two bathrooms. Enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood and around town. Would not hesitate to rebook here. Had a few light bulbs out and couldn't find any replacements. Coffee pot did not work but Keurig pod side was fine. Floor is cold at night. A few extra area rugs in master would be nice with an extra thicker comforter. Love the Himalayan salt lamp in master bedroom for a nice, relaxed vibe. Nice back yard area. Slight trip hazard from kitchen to hallway. We were very pleased with rental.

Laurene, The light bulbs that you were referring to, are on a dimmer switch, my apologies that that was an oversight! The coffee pot side of the Keurig does work, if the filter holder is not pushed all the way in, it will not work as a cautionary measure as to not brew coffee all over the place. The floor is tile, and the in-floor heat is set to 65 degrees until November, and there are always extra throw blankets in a basket in the living room, and guests are also free to turn the heat up. There are red reflector strips from the kitchen to the hallway so people can see there is a slight step down. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay, though! I am always a quick phone call away if you had any questions as the ones you posted on your review.

The house was perfect. We had 6 girls for a wedding weekend & the house had everything we needed. It was very clean, checking in/out was a breeze & the host was very quick to answer any questions we might have had. I would highly recommend this house

The property was beautiful and just perfect. Check in/out process was seamless. Location was great. The A/C even though it’s a window unit which is normal for the north, it was very comfortable in all areas of the house. Everything was very clean and spacious. Backyard was Amazing! Plenty of parking space. Would definitely stay here again.
