Plush Matouk custom bed linens and towels. Gorgeous new construction of the highest quality. Owner’s Hinckley Talaria and captain available for additional fees [June 15 to Sept 15 only]. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Wolf stainless steel range and oven, Bosch dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and pods, Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Beautiful bathrooms with double vanity and over sized showers with perpetual hot water system. Luxurious outdoor 6-guest saline hot tub. Dedon patio sofa bed with 50,000 btu fire pit. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries, dish washer and laundry detergent included. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and teak dining patio. We had the pleasure of staying for two weeks. It was a wonderful home so clean and well decorated. The walk to town was so convenient. The added boat charter was a bonus. The communication was great.

Highly recommend this property. The location is close/walkable to everything in town. The quality of the home is so nice. Comfortable beds and linens. The home is beautiful with everything you need and more. We will stay here again. The property manager was super. Easy check in and accommodating.

This home is absolutely lovely! Very clean, lots of space and easily walkable to town. The hot tub was a wonderful treat and beds were comfortable. Theresa was prompt in answering any questions and we appreciated the charm of the house and neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home for me and my daughters in law. The location was quiet and yet close to the harbor and restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. We loved the music throughout the house! The girls loved the huge comfy couch downstairs and the little table in the corner was our mahjong station! This place and our e-bikes and just all of Nantucket helped to make this trip very special!

Terrific stay at a lovely home. Well equipped with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Nice walk to town that is quick, while good to be a few blocks from the traffic. Excellent communication with property manager.Highly recommend - nothing but good things to say! We’ll be back.
