It was our family's second time staying here and in this particular unit. We really enjoy the location, the house, and all of the amenities. We would come back again if it accommodates our family size in the future!

A great cottage in Manasota Key! All the amenities needed for a relaxing stay on the beach. Good location. Could walk or bikerestaurants. Fast communication with Jen. Highly recommend. Loved the screen porch and private back yard.

Great spot

Was a great stay. Short walk to beach and short walk to put kayaks in. Was great to have beach supplies all there.

Great Place to Stay

Ed and Jen far and above expectations to make sure we had everything and was satisfied with our stay. Place was very clean, and well taken care of. Beach is very close,and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great location

Jen and Eddie are incredibly gracious and responsive. The property is incredibly clean.They have everything one could need on vacation, and make your stay memorable and extremely comfortable! I highly recommend.

Great little cottage

Three adults and one child came for the weekend and it was great. Really great location. Short walk to a beach and had all of the amenities one could need. Jen was super responsive to messages! Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Wonderful stay with great amenities!

The photos were great but the property was even better in person! The amenities were a very nice touch and walking to the beach was short and sweet. Would love to stay again!

Perfect for our family

We loved the location. It was close to the beach & restaurants, had a ton of amenities, lots of small touches that made a difference and very clean! Just right for our stay to visit with our family that lives in the area over the winter.

Beautifully updated cozy beach cottage. Eddie and Jen have done a great job beautifying the grounds and cottage.

Great Location and Cozy Atmosphere

Booked a last minute staycation and am really glad I did. Excellent location, close to several beaches and tons of ame ities like bikes, SUPs and kayaks. Don't hesitate to stay here

Easy check in. Jen had thought of all the details big and small to make your experience and stay as welcoming and comfortable as could be. From the welcoming fresh smell, snacks, complimentary beverages chairs for the beach, wagon, kayaks, bikes to the cooler for the beach and so much more. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at Laughing Gull. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Had everything you need for a great time at the beach. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

The cleanest property I have ever checked into. Great commutation with the owner. They thought of everything you might need. Great little cottage!

We had a great time! The property has a ton of amenities that we take advantage of during our stay like bikes, kayaks and a fire ring in the back yard with a supply of firewood. The host must have anticipated every tiny need of a traveler and filled the kitchen with all appliances and supplies one could possibly think of. Same goes for the bathroom, just like in a first class hotel.
