Great location! Everything we needed was within walking distance. Depending on how you get to the apartment, there may be a lot of stairs but if you get there from north of the apartment it’s easier to go down hill that’s it is to go up hill. Wonderful view at night of the city. Several nights we sat on the balcony and could hear music playing at a venue across at another hill. Also views of the castle at night we beautiful. Would stay again.

Très bel appartement où il ne manque rien. Chambres spacieuses et lit très confortables. Terrasse très appréciable en fin de journée. La vue sur Lisbonne est très agréable. Le bémol serait le 3ème étage sans ascenseur mais en fait, les escaliers se montent relativement facilement. Très bon séjour à recommander.

Wonderful stay!

The apartment was beautiful, with great views of the city. Plenty of space for the family and lovely outdoor spaces on each floor. We had wonderful stay and will look for the availability of this apartment every time we return.

Wonderful location!

We had a fantastic stay in Lisbon and greatly enjoyed the location of this space. It was very walkable to many areas and restaurants. Be aware, that there are many stairs to take to get to the apartment, but it is worth it. Communication with Marisa was great. She met us at the apartment and was happy to answer any questions that we had. I hope to return to Lisbon in the future and will happily return to this apartment.

Bien et bien

La communication et les informations avec l'hôte est très complète et les réponses arrivent vite. Marisa est très disponible et agréable. L'appartement est génial avec une vue dégagée (vue sur le Christ Roi). Sa situation est très bonne le centre est au pieds de l'emplacement. Je recommande.

Cute roomy apartment on one of Lisbons very steep streets

This property is on a very steep hill but there is a venicular closeby. It was close to most things we were interested in visiting and many good places to eat. The apartment was pretty well stocked and had a great view from the balconies (3). The 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment were a challenge with suitcases but the owner helped get them delivered to our door while we were out walking while waiting for check in. We really enjoyed this property but would warn people with physical limitations about the number of hills and stairs. Uber is very easy and cheap to use. A grocery store is a shoet walk and a grocery pull cart is available at the property.

Moderne, ruhige Wohnung mitten in der Stadt

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben modern, inmitten des Stadtzentrums und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Der perfekte Ort, um Lissabon am Tag und in der Nacht zu erleben und dennoch Erholung zu finden! Einzig schwierig für nicht trainierte Menschen könnte die Treppe bis in den 3.Stock sein, die recht steil und eng ist. Eben genau so, wie auch beschrieben. Daher keine Überraschung… Marisa ist eine herzliche Vermieterin, die bereits vor unserer Ankunft gut kommunizierte, während des Aufenthalts für Fragen und Wünsche offen war und gut auf uns einging. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Gern kommen wir wieder!

Terrific property

This was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped with spectacular views over the city. We made good use of the terrace for evening meals. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood away from the main tourist areas with plenty of good local restaurants. Marisa is an excellent and helpful host who lives in the building.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment close to the center of Lisbon. Nicely furnished. It is on the third floor so there are some stairs you have to go up, not to mention the apartment is up the hill from downtown, but otherwise a lovely location.

Beautiful Apartment

Our stay in Lisbon was so comfortable in this beautiful, clean, centrally located apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a washer/dryer. The deck with table and chairs made for a lovely outdoor sitting area with beautiful views of the city. Marissa was very pleasant and helpful with all our questions. No elevator so you must be able to walk up 54 stairs to the apartment. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Great City Break

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in February. We were 2 adults, 3 teens & a 7 year old. The bedroom layout suited us perfectly and the living area had ample space. The 2 balconies are spacious and great for breakfasts in the mornings enjoying the view. The location is great & very central. Marisa was welcoming & gave great advice on the area. She was available for any questions we had. It was also great to be able to leave our bags there when we checked-out as our flight wasn't until late. I would very much recommend this apartment to any friends of family staying in Lisbon.

Superbe séjour

Lovely Lisbon stay

The apartment is incredibly spacious and modern feeling with stunning views of the city. It’s centrally located but on a quiet street so it doesn’t feel touristy. It is on a hill and 3 flights of stairs up but so is everything in Lisbon. Easy checkin & out. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Tres bon sejour. La ville de Lisbonne au mois de decembre nous a beaucoup plu. L'appartement etait particulièrement confortable et tres bien equipé. Marisa est une hotesse disponible et tres discrete. Un sejour parfait. Meme lavmeteo etait favorable!

Wonderful Apart for First Visit to Lisbon

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It's centrally located with a good variety of food choices nearby including Nepali, Chinese, Thai, Portuguese and burgers. The apartment itself is very well appointed with everything you need - washer/dryer, coffee maker, gas stove, microwave, electric oven and an assortment of simple spices and oils to cook with. There were only 2 areas that I think can be improved. One is the non-stick frying pans have much of the non-stick coating already scratched off. Eating that stuff can be carcinogenic, so I think it's important to regularly replace them with at least 2 good working pans at any time. The other is the water heater - a bit small for a house that can sleep 6. When one or two people had showered, the person after that would not have enough hot water for a full shower. The apartment is situated near the top of a steep hill, but then so much of Lisbon is that way. My advice to first-time travelers to Lisbon who are considering this property: When taking the metro, stop at the Independente station and walk mostly downhill, rather than the nearer Maxim-Monis station, which will require you to conquer several steep inclines just to get home.

Our stay at this VRBO Listing was flawless. The host has considered and provided everything one would need for a convenient ,comfortable stay. The location contributed to our spectacular visit , we could walk in any direction and be in the flow. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the unit was postcard perfect. The communication and hospitality from the host was exceptional.

Loved this apartment!

This apartment was even nicer than the photos. Everything was lovely. And Marisa was very nice. The apartment has a beautiful view and is very well equipped. The neighborhood is nice too. I recommend taking the Lavra funicular down to the Restauradores metro stop. Avoid the Martin Muniz metro stop area. I was here with three friends and we each had our own bed and we were very comfortable.

Geweldig appartement

Perfect, een goed onderhouden appartement met een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw, waar het contact goed mee is. Veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Grote kamer en slaapkamers. Veel kastruimte. In de keuken alles aanwezig. Locatie top, vanuit terras en voorkant vele highlights te zien....dus midden in het centrum.
