Luxury family friendly cabin, in a wooded cul-de-sac in the heart of Hochatown.

Load up the car for some family fun! Are We There Yet-i? is a brand new luxury cabin in the popular Eagle Mountain area of Hochatown. Our cabin is nestled in a wooded cul-de-sac and offers a peaceful retreat nestled among towering pines with 1.25 acres of land and a seasonal creek. And you are still only minutes away from all the adventures of Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River and Beavers Bend State Park. This is a great multi-family vacation dream! Are We There Yet-i? has 1,800 square feet of living space with 2 master bedrooms and a loft with dual built-in bunk beds. The cabin sleeps 11 comfortably. Perfect for 2 families or a family that wants to bring grandparents along!

The covered back patio includes outdoor seating, a hot tub, swings, TV and a gas fireplace. There is also a fire-pit for plenty of S’mores and outdoor games. The property has plenty of easy parking for boats and trailers. The roads to the cabin are easy to drive and paved.

The main room of this cabin features impressive cathedral ceilings with a magnificent gas fireplace, 55” flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The deluxe kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for friends and family. Large granite island offers wonderful bar seating and plenty of space to prepare and lay out your meals for everyone in your party. As you play all day with all that Broken Bow has to offer, to peace in knowing you will coming home to your full size washer a dryer and bathrooms that each have showers and soaking tubs. A starter supply of firewood is provided for your first night of s’mores and campfire fun! The kids also have their own full bathroom upstairs.

Fast high speed internet and a desk in one of the master bedrooms is perfect for a family working or learning remotely. Are We There Yet-i? is a destination in itself, providing everything you, your family and friends could need for an unforgettable stay in Broken Bow. Your vacation memories will last a lifetime!

Fantastic cabin and great location

Cabin is exactly as described and was wonderful. It is very clean, nicely appointed and near great restaurants and lake activities. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent experience, the house was exactly as described and in excellent conditions.

We really enjoyed our stay from the house the rooms, playroom,jacuzzi, kitchen all equipped. Very nice cabin.

Beautiful cabin but missing some amenities i would like to see.

Great location and amenities

Loved our stay here! The owners were quick to communicate and fix any small issue we had. It was a great place to unplug and getaway. The extra amenities like indoor and outdoor games and hot tub were perfect for both the rainy days and sunny weather!

Beautiful property. The perfect location. It had everything we needed as a family and our dogs loved it as well. The kids absolutely loved the upstairs game area and decorations.

Beautiful cabin with ALL the amenities. Owners are wonderful and responded VERY quickly to my questions. Our family loved the cabin and enjoyed our stay very much. Our boys all agreed...BEST Christmas EVER!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need! We loved the arcade games and air hockey/ pool table. Nice hot tub and enjoyed the fire pit. Owner very responsive for any questions. We already want to go again.

Perfect house for our family!

The location and layout of this house is as good as it gets. Our boys loved the bunk room with air hockey and video games. The owners are fantastic to work with and over delivered on all expectations! We will be back in the summer.

Great Thanksgiving

We had a great stay at this property! Was honestly one of the best stocked cabins we have stayed in. Just fyi - the only dining table is outside on the deck - so that could be a problem if the weather is not ideal. There are 5 barstools and 3 couches inside though. Highly recommend!

Great for families with kids

We took our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 boys, ages 8, 9 & 10. The boys had a blast upstairs playing pool, air hockey and video games. The adults enjoyed a good soak in the hot tub and then we all sat outside by the fire. Just what we needed before the Christmas holidays!

Just what we needed

We absolutely loved staying in John and Lisa’s cabin! We have been staying in vacation rentals for a long time now, and this cabin is the cleanest and best organized rental we’ve ever reserved. It was beautiful and perfectly met our needs. The kitchen had everything everything we needed. We spotted deer from the outdoor dining area and we all enjoyed playing pool in the loft. Thank you for making everything so comfortable!

We really enjoyed this cabin, and all of the patio furniture was clean! The swing was a favorite. My reason for 4 stars and not 5- Maintenance entered the cabin while we were out (without notice or acknowledgment) and changed lightbulbs in the chandelier, and it tripped the hot tub which took an entire day to reheat. The two doors into the cabin, and the two windows looking into the loft don’t have blinds/coverings and with the other cabin so close we had to be careful when changing and getting dressed.

Amazing stay at Are We There Yet-i!

Very prompt communication from very beginning. Property is beautiful and well stocked with supplies. Boys had the best time in loft with the variety of games then off to roast marshmallows at the firepit. Husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and laying back in the saucer swings watching the stars. Cherry on top was being able to have our furbabies with us as well. Although you wouldnt have guessed this is a pet friendly home because it was so clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

Unforgettable

This was the best cabin EVER!!!! Clean, neat and elegant. This is glamorous camping at its best. Even the dropping the pin to get me right there. The response and access to the host was swift. I will be returning very soon.

Well stocked new house!

Pros: we loved the house, the layout, the bunk beds, and the fun activities including arcade table game with 100s of favorite games. The loft was great for monitoring kids activities but giving them their own space upstairs. Great location in the community and how close it is too all main activities. Loved the kitchen island for feeding kids. Made it so easy to serve meals. Cons: backyard patio is not large (but awesome for backyard dining) and hot tub is not covered. None of those cons would keep us from booking again.

Our family has lived in the Dallas area since 2011. We have 3 children and 2 dogs that love adventure and travel! We fell in love with Broken Bow on a weekend getaway. Our cabin is owner managed. We stay in our cabin every few weeks to ensure that everything is in perfect order for you to feel at home (and because we love the cabin too:). Making sure that our guests have a wonderful time at our cabin was very important to us and we felt the best way to make that happen is by managing it ourselves. We have an amazing local housekeeping and maintenance team that makes it all possible! We welcome questions and strive to respond to you weekends, evenings, whenever you need something during your stay.

We love to travel with friends and family. We have made wonderful memories with extended family and friends on weekend trips to get away from it all. The cul-de-sac is private and safe for our pets and children to play. The road into our neighborhood is paved. We have plenty of parking for several cars/boats/trailers. We love the privacy of our wooded neighborhood but the proximity of everything in Hochatown and Beavers Bend just moments away.

We manage the cabin ourselves and enjoy answering questions about the cabin or the local area and activities. We have an amazing maintenance and housekeeping team local to Hochatown that is available to help out tenants with anything that comes up during your stay!
