Walking distance to Notre Dame, this house offers it all. Great for game weekends, weddings, graduations or just visiting.

Open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and family room with ample seating and large projector screen to watch a game, golf tournament, or your favorite movie. Classic sitting room to enjoy cocktails and conversation is just off the dining area.

Second floor landing offers another spot to relax with a comfy sofa and TV. Two king master bedrooms and two queen bedrooms - each bedroom has flat screen TV and their own private bathroom. Also a large basement bedroom that has four twin beds with its own private bathroom.

Enjoy the deck and large back lawn with outdoor seating and fire pit. Perfect for Friday night get-togethers and post-game cookouts. Home is on a double lot so has large backyard for corn hole, football, or kids activities.

Harters Heights is a beautiful residential area that borders the campus of Notre Dame. This house is walking distance to all the action:

- 5 blocks to edge of Notre Dame campus
- 4 blocks to Eddy Street restaurants and shopping

Great property with fantastic hosts

This was the perfect spot for our multigenerational family to stay. It was quiet and welcoming. Outdoor seating was perfect to enjoy meals. Hosts were availability and responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property for a stay in South Bend.

Perfect stay!!!

Excellent home for a football weekend! We loved it. Plenty of room and had everything we could need or want! Great communication with owner. The firepit tank ran out late Friday evening and they brought us a new one the next morning so we could use it Saturday after the game!! Easy walk to campus! Thanks for the welcome bottle of wine too! Definitely would stay there again!! Thank you!!

Perfect Family Birthday Weekend

Our family (6 adults & 4 kids) spent 3 nights to celebrate a birthday and attend a ND football game. The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The house is expertly equipped and lacks nothing - you name it, it’s here! A short walk to the stadium made this an ideal location. Keara was a perfect host and great communicator and we’d love to return.

Beautiful house close to ND campus

The house is beautiful and very well-equipped. Lots of bathrooms with fluffy towels, great kitchen, and comfy couches and chairs in the living area. Great communication with Keara and a surprise welcome bottle of wine! I couldn’t recommend this house more highly.

Christmas in South Bend

We enjoyed our stay for a Christmas celebration with 3 generations of family. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our favorite meals. The large family room was a favorite spot for all to watch movies especially The Nutcracker and Rudy (of course!).
