This home was very spacious. It was well furnished and very clean! The direct beach access was one of the main reasons that we chose this house. How wonderful to walk out the door and directly onto the beach! The views from the lanai are stunning as well. This was a fantastic place to host our family and unwind.

beautiful views with family friendly accommodations

Loved our stay - especially liked the large common area and well equipped kitchen. Beach access was perfect, and beach was not crowded!

This property fit our needs perfectly. It had everything we needed for cooking. It also had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and even a beach canopy. The balcony overlooks the beach offering both sun and shade. The boardwalk made it easy to walk to the beach. A king room and 2 queen room are on the main floor. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

We had the best time just staying at the house during the evenings and cooking in the well stocked very clean kitchen. The house is amazing and even with 8 adults we had plenty of room and privacy.

Perfect family vacation

We couldn't have found a better property for our 4 generation Thanksgiving week! The two masters on the main level were perfect for grandparents, the view of the ocean from the entire main level was fantastic and the home was immaculate and wonderfully furnished! Would highly recommend!

Wow! This house is incredible. We rented this house for my uncle's 80th birthday celebration with a few family members. It was so spacious and comfortable. The house was grand but very cozy and comfortable. We were able to spread out for some privacy but it also had great spaces to gather and hang out together. There was something for every age group and the views of the water were spectacular. I especially love the counter space in the kitchen, we were able to easily access the drinks/snacks. Thank you for an amazing week at your beautiful home. We LOVED it!

A beautiful home right on the beach. Neighborhood was safe and easy to get to grocery store and restaurants. Great beach toys for the kids and plenty of chairs to use on the beach. House has plenty of room for the 3 different generations. Kitchen well stocked and all the utensils you would need and more. Comfy beds, couch’s and lots of outdoor seating and tables both in the sun and the shade. The place is well maintained.

Beautiful Home:

This house is very clean, spacious and has a great location. Communication with property management was outstanding. We loved that there were beach chairs and many children's beach toys already there for everyone to enjoy. We definitely recommend this beautiful home.

great location - gorgeous views from house - private beach area big enough for everyone to have space alone - common area was fantastic for our large group to gather - first house we have ever rented that met all our criteria - kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need -

Best family vacation

This property is clean and well, equipped and very comfortable. We had six adults and four children under the age of six. Plenty of room for all. No carpet which we loved! Great balcony, great beach access, excellent gas grill and more…

It is a lot quieter than 30A or Pensacola Beach, offers plenty of parking, a great deck and common space for family to gather and enjoy company. March family getaway

The windows across the back allowed us to see the waves all day and watch the dolphins and pelicans. There was plenty of seating options on the deck so we could all eat outside or just sit and take in the wonderful salt air. Such a relaxing place!
