This property is very well managed. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything you could ask for. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where wildlife is prolific. It was also close enough to Pagosa Springs that grocery shopping was easy. You could see the mountains out of every window. We would come back again.

Wonderful Holiday!

Great house! So close to downtown with great views of the mountains.

My wife and I completely enjoyed our stay the place really felt like home and so comfortable and cozy. Can't wait to visit again in the winter.

Great area that turned out to be close to everything we needed. Really nice place with lots of room. But the biggest perk was how well stocked it was with laundry detergent, seasonings, soaps, and everything else you forgot you needed. Highly recommended.

The host had great communication. The location was great fo quick trips to town, and in a pretty area. The house was very clean and it had many amenities especially in the kitchen. The fireplace was great and we enjoyed the games they had there. We would recommend this place if staying in Pagosa Springs.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Very nice property. Convenient to town. A bit of a drive to Wolf Creek. Overall great place to stay.

This was a second stay for us with this property... the accommodations are lovely! Location is wonderful! Pagosa is awesome! The only thing we miss is live TV - one isn't there to watch tv - but at night after a long day... live tv would be nice - sports, etc... but that is a .05 up against a strong 10 on everything else... we would recommend this property time and time again...

Absolutely lovely

This home was perfect for a vacation with our family. All of the amenities were as described and actually better than most properties that I have rented. An excellent location!

Great VRBO and town

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Pagosa Springs. The house worked great and was fully stocked, the location by the lake was beautiful and convenient to stores. The internet was a little slow and unreliable but that was our only small gripe

Great house in very quiet neighborhood. Perfect family room/kitchen where everyone can hang out together. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Great House and Location

The house and amenities were perfect. There were lots of condiments/spices/cookware available to use for cooking while we were there. The location was great for fishing locally (with a permit), and it was close to town/dining. House is clean and comfortable and easy to access by the door and garage codes. Would recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It has everything you could need and then some. We saw wildlife from our front porch and enjoyed the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy, cozy cabin

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything you need is here - spices, cook ware, coffee, Kleenex, and even some snacks. Whoever maintains this place is extremely thoughtful and organized. I wholeheartedly recommend this house.

Spring break ski trip

Beautiful home with absolutely everything you could possibly need!! It was super clean, cozy and decorated so nice. Perfect home to come back to after a day skiing at Wolf Creek. Mgmt company was also a pleasure to deal with and very informative. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!

Pagosa getaway

Wonderful week. Cute house. Plenty of room. And the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook your favorite meals. The views were beautiful from the front porch. The host kept in touch with us from beginning to end. Would stay here again.
