‘The Beach House’ at Tarpon Point in Islamorada-OWNER DIRECT RENTAL WITH NO ADMIN OR CC FEES

‘The Beach House’ is a luxurious oceanfront home in a private gated enclave of only 12 houses. This end home offers privacy and beautiful ocean views including of Indian Key Historic State Park. Enjoy morning coffee and a phenomenal sunrise on the tip of the observation pier or from your covered deck. Afternoons lounge around the heated (and chilled) waterfront pool taking in the ocean views or launch your kayak from the private beach area and paddle over to Indian Key Island.

On the main level is the Great Room which offers more amazing ocean views with plenty of room for everyone to gather, do puzzles or just lounge on the deck and take in the vista. On cooler nights (yes, even in The Keys there is some cooler weather) enjoy the fireplace in the Living Room. An Osprey Nest is in your front yard for the nature lover.

The Gourmet Kitchen offers a Wolf 6 burner gas stove, microwave draw and warming oven. Bosch Silence dishwasher and Sub-Zero Refrigerator. A Butler’s Pantry is off the kitchen with full size washer/dryer and plenty of storage for all your provisions.

Tucked between the kitchen and rear Bedroom Suite is a large Family Room with a wet bar offering a wine cooler and undercounter refrigerator. The perfect place to make your evening Margaritas and have game night. This is one of the only rental home in Tarpon Point to offer this extra living space.

After a long day of play, take a luxurious spa shower or enjoy some quiet time on your personal deck/balcony. There are four ensuite bedrooms (3 with private decks/balconies), spa showers. There is an additional ½ bath on main living floor.

A three-stop elevator starts at the ground level with a large covered brick patio where the entire family can prepare and enjoy al fresco dining with cool breezes. Lounge in the sun or read the latest best seller by the beach. Play a round of cornhole, toss some horseshoes or bocce balls or covert the dining table into a ping pong table!

The large Primary Suite situated on the oceanfront on the top floor has panoramic ocean views with a private terrace. For quiet time enjoy the sitting nook and another cozy fireplace. Refresh in the spa shower or relax in the whirlpool tub. This is the life!

The Beach House offers the highest level of amenities, furnishings and is designed to make your vacation a truly relaxing and memorable one.

The house is inside a well-maintained community. The community seems mostly owner-occupied, and they were very mindful to visit us while using the pool to ensure we were leaving everything as we found it. The home was beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation as it was well equipped and centrally located for all of the activities we had planned. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to returning.

This is a true luxury home! The pictures don’t even do it justice. It has everything you need for an awesome vacation. The owners are a pleasure to work with as well. I highly recommend it!

Large, spacious 4 bedroom home right on the beach and a fantastic fishing pier. Private, quiet 12 home development. Close to all things Islamorada, restaurants, museums, charters of all kinds and, of course, Robbies.

Gorgeous and relaxing!

Our extended family of 8 people-6 adults and 2 children stayed at Tarpon Point for a week. The location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore all of the Florida Keys. The house was better than the photos can show. We had so much room for everyone and all of our varying interests. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The main bedroom was absolutely stunning. We spent so much time on the large patio off the living room. I was slightly nervous since this house is part of an HOA. But the rules made sense and were easy to follow, especially with the information that we received prior to our stay. Plus we met some of the homeowners at the pool and they were so kind and welcoming! Weather was gorgeous most of the week. There was one day of severe weather with a tornado warning. Sam contacted us with additional safety information and warned us that the elevator may flood. It did flood but was fixed quickly after we notified them. We went to Robbie’s (across the street from Tarpon Point) and it has so many activities. We rented kayaks, took a jet ski tour, shark fished at night and fed the tarpon. Robbie’s also has a restaurant and shops. Tarpon Point is very quiet and relaxing! It was a perfect place to spend our family vacation!

Great location

It was so convenient being right across from Robbie’s! We walked across street for lunch or to feed the tarpon. We were within five miles from all the great Islamorada restaurants and a 90 min drive to key west for day trip. Loved having the dock and little beach and pool too. Nice roomy place and very clean!

Family holiday in the Keys

This property is beautiful with a stunning view of the ocean. It had all the amenities we needed and is in a lovely quite location. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. The perfect place for a relaxing family vacation.

Beautiful Dream House!

This house was roomy enough to easily house my elderly parents, my kids (plus in-laws) and my wife and I. It is located in Islamorada across the street from Robbie's Marina. It is in a gated community with private beach access. We did enjoy the small pool and the beach. However, the beach is not impressive for swimming and snorkeling. There are rather sharp rocks on bare feet in the water. But, there's lots of sea life in and around the beach. Crabs, fish and small sharks can be seen from the dock. My wife loved preparing meals in the dream kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own space. The balcony provided a scenic place to enjoy coffee. Laundry room was excellent. Towels and beach toys were available. There is no garage, but it does have covered parking for two cars. My kids and my parents enjoyed our week in this home. We all did not want to leave by weeks end.

Perfect getaway for spending family time

This house had all the space and amenities to spend an outstanding week with 5 adults and 2 grandkids ages 4 and 2. We had 3 floors and an elevator to roam freely, and no worries of the kids taking off because it’s a small gated community. Each bedroom has its own bath and balcony. We had the community pool to ourselves much of the time. Loved the added kayaks and pool toys. The child’s life vest was much appreciated. Thank you Sam. It was one blissful week.

Perfect place perfect weather

Beautiful spacious house on the water. Even better than the photos. We picked the house because of its location and enjoyed every minute, inside and out. We sat on that dock many times. Fished off it a few of those times. Couldn’t have been a better stay. Sam was on top of everything before and during. This is THE Beach House for Islamorada.

Beautiful home with incredible ocean view!

We had read wonderful reviews of The Beach House at Tarpon Point, and the reality lived up to our highest expectations. The home was very clean and very well equipped with everything we would have wanted. The pool was a perfect temperature and our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it. We used the kayaks and visited Robbie’s directly across the highway for several meals and jet ski rentals. A minor snafu happened when our young granddaughter inadvertently locked us out of one of the bedrooms. Fortunately no one was locked in the bedroom, but take a look at how those function and know where the plastic tool is kept which is used to unlock those doors. Our thanks to Sam who was very helpful walking us through the issue and also dispatching her maintenance man to assist us. It was a terrific week….very relaxing and incredible ocean view….we would highly recommend the home for a large family or a number of couples traveling together.

Amazing property

I spent a week here in Feb 2023 with 7 friends. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. It’s a very relaxing property which was just what I needed. Robbie’s is right across the road and a very “chill” place to hang out with lots to do without having to drive any where. The accuracy of listing only got 4 stars because of the “sandy beach”. While, yes, there is sand, it has shells and small rocks in it and there is no way you are going to go out and swim at this beach. The pier is amazing with several nurse sharks that hang out there. The osprey are enjoying to watch as well. We had a small issue upon check in but the hosts corrected it immediately and were easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely wonderful house and property!

We had a fantastic week with our family at The Beach House at Tarpon Point! The house is awesome with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and the property was perfect with the beautiful pool, small beach area, the pier, use of kayaks and pool floats. If more of the houses in the association were full, I think the pool area would have been quite busy and not quite large enough. There was only one other family there, and they didn't use the pool, so we had it to ourselves, and it was glorious; I think we were very fortunate to be there on a quiet week with the best weather. The location is close to many fun activities and restaurants, but you need a car to get to most. We have had many people ask where we stayed because of the photos we posted! Our only real complaint were the no-see-ems bugs/gnats that were biting like crazy. We think they mostly were biting when on the sand near the beach, but we aren't quite sure because bites were showing up for a couple of days even after returning home (of course the owners have no control over that - just bring mosquito repellant!!)

Slice of Paradise

I booked this property as a girls getaway with friends. Let me start by saying the pictures do not do the house justice. It is gorgeous inside and out. The view is spectacular. Everything on the property is well maintained. The location perfect to get wherever you want in the keys. And working with the owners was so smooth and easy. I highly recommend renting this amazing property for the vacation of your dreams.

Thank you for your virtual visit to ‘The Beach House’ at Tarpon Point in The Florida Keys. Here’s hoping you may decide to make a real visit and stay awhile.

Thought it might be nice to hear from your Hosts. I am the owner of ‘The Beach House’ and also the owner of a real estate company at the Jersey Shore. I began my company in 1983, Sand Dollar Real Estate on LBI, and have throughout the years handled vacation rentals. Also had another rental home in Islamorada for 10 years prior to this purchase. So, I think I know a little bit about this part of the Hospitality Business.

My goal is to give you a home that I love, and have you fall in love with ‘The Beach House’ as well. Vacations should be relaxing, refreshing, fun and most importantly – full of great memories. I have tried to make this home reach all those goals.

My daughter, Samantha, works with me at Sand Dollar and also brings experience in the vacation rental business. For many of you, Sam will be your ‘go to’ person if you have questions or decide to rent.

We will always be available to answer any of your questions, we are happy to make recommendations to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

I searched for two years and knew the minute I saw this home - this was the one. Located with only 11 other owners, so solitude can be found, yet a vibe of fun surrounds you. The views are just awesome. The home has every amenity I feel a home of this caliber should have. I love to kayak and the 'flats' are perfect - shallow water to see the marine life and great destinations to paddle to - Indian Key Island, Robbie's for lunch or Lignumvitae Key . Or just hanging out on the ground level brick patio and watch the boats go by. A day anyway you want it.
