When we arrived the upstairs of the house did not have air conditioning it was 94 degrees in the house. And when I reached out the host said it would be fixed on Friday. We arrived on Wednesday. Our guest arrived on Thursday. The host was able to find a place for 3 couple to sleep for 1 night. One couple had air conditioning in the lower level. Wish we would have had a heads up on this issue.

This house was amazing. You walk right off patio into the sand. The pool was great too. The house has everything you need for meals. Great location to go to local restaurants.

Fantastic place. It had everything we needed. I don't think we have ever stayed in a VRBO that was so well apportioned. We would definitely stay here again. The pool temp was perfect and there was plenty of room. Everything was as described. We had a great week!!

The overall property is amazing. The house, the pool, and the beach have all that you need to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was within an easy ten minute drive to most of the food, shopping, and excursion options within Islamorada. I would recommend staying here as it has direct beach and water access where you will see a myriad of birds and sea life. We went paddle boarding and saw turtles, sharks, lobsters, dolphins, and all sorts of beautiful fish. The natural beach has a wonderful view of the sunrise. The pool is conveniently located under the shade during the hottest part of the day and the house has all the amenities for a relaxing and fun sojourn. There was plenty of space for our group to gather, socialize, and also have space to have private time.

This beach rental was Perfect! It has the best views. The private beach and pool were amazing and all the amenities you could think of. Can’t wait to book our next family trip here for next year. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

This was a great home to stay in. The house had everything pool was great!! The two separate living areas was a plus as well. We would for sure stay here again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time hanging out on the beach and in the pool. Our boys loved the paddle boards and kayaks and the air hockey table. We couldn’t recommend this property more.

The property on Lower Matecumbe Beach is absolutely ideal. It has everything you could possibly need, including laundry and shower essentials, kitchen supplies, and beach towels. The game room was well-equipped to keep everyone entertained. Both the beach and pool were exceptional, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the pool whenever we wished. Additionally, the location is fantastic, conveniently close to all the activities you want to experience. We had a problem one night with the sample alarm beeping and after contacting them, it was taken care of very quickly.

Relaxing trip to the keys with kids

We just returned from a great stay in Islamorada. This house was a great place for two families to stay. The house is very well outfitted with everything you might need. The kids loved the pool, basketball and playing whiffle ball on the sandy beach yard. The views of the ocean are beautiful. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. We had an awesome trip, I wish we could go back now!

The Keys Vacation

This home had everything we needed for a great Keys vacation. Private beach, large pool, kayaks, paddle boards, proximity to excursions (fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving) and dining options. The house is large with all kinds of appliances, grills, indoor and outdoor seating. We had a great time here and can’t wait until our next family vacation.

Birthday celebration

Enjoyed our stay for my birthday celebration. Location was perfect - near shops and restaurants. Crib and high chair was great for grandson. Pool was wonderful - every day swimming! Weather was great until day we left - Hurricane Helene!

Awesome trip

The property was exactly as advertised: spacious, well equipped, beautiful. Awesome huge heated pool. Beautiful location on the beach- incredible view! Well equipped kitchens. Excellent outdoor furnishings on balcony. The property has incredible privacy given it's location. Easy drive (1hr 45 min) to Key West. Great local restaurants. My husband and I stayed with my two sisters and their husbands. We brought our two small dogs and they had a blast. Would love to come here again!
