Start the day sipping a fresh cup of coffee on the covered patio while enjoying the beautiful landscaping and sunlight. Located within minutes of Hanford, shopping, including many restaurants, Target, Marshalls and so much more! Enjoy a day floating or boating on the stunning Columbia, Snake or Yakima Rivers or golf on one of our 10 manicured golf courses taking in one of our 300 days of sun! Located within 50 miles of 200 amazing wineries! Spend the day wine tasting from winery to winery within minutes of this beautiful home.

This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to provide an incredibly comfortable and wonderful experience as your home away from home. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Living Room: Open and sunny, with couch and 2 comfy chairs and a gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Modern, with new stainless appliances, gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, large pantry, quartz countertops, large island for entertaining with breakfast bar and plenty of cookware and dishware to service 8 people.

Laundry Room: Full size front loading Washer & Dryer (Detergent & Fabric Softener Provided). Mudroom bench off of 3 car garage.

4 Bedrooms: Feature a comfortable King size bed, 1 Queen bed and 4 Twin beds. Modern furniture. High quality Bamboo linens throughout with highly rated memory foam/gel mattresses. Owner's suite has an electric fireplace.

2 Bathrooms: 1 Hall Bath with tub/shower combo and an owners en-suite bath with walk-in shower, private water closet, huge walk-in closet and double sinks.

Entertainment: 50” 4k UHD Roku flat panel Smart TV in living room and 39" LED HD flat panel Fire Smart TV on a swivel mount in owner's suite. Also, high speed internet. Family board games, magazines and books.

A warm welcome

It was such a nice welcome to walk in and see a bottle of wine and glasses waiting for us after a long day of travel. This was the perfect place to stay that gave us all extra rooms and privacy our family needed. We would definitely stay again!

Red Mountain Stay

Very clean well appointed property. Could not get the televisions to work but didn't need them as we were occupied visiting wineries and enjoying the company of friends. Would recommend this place. Thank you Teresa and JJ.

Comfortable beds, nice layout and clean well maintained home. We had a family Christmas gathering and it suited us well. A few minor issues but they were addressed promptly. Thanks for a great time!

Great neighborhood and location for wine touring

Stayed here for our annual wine tour with a group of friends. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy drive to many wineries. House is newer and very clean with every amenity needed. Master bed/bathroom is wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Host responds almost immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home

Wonderful large, new home. Very comfortable and all that we needed and then some was there to make our stay even better. Communication with owner was excellent. Nice neighborhood. The only minor negatives was a few of the frying pans should be replaced as they are really scratched up and worn out. The neighbor behind us played loud music this a.m. But otherwise I highly recommend this great property and especially if you have pups with the nice fenced yard. We will stay again in the future for sure. Thanks again for letting us stay there.

Very nice home

The home was very clean and fit our family perfectly. Owners were great and responded very quickly if I had a question. Backyard was nice and big for our dogs to play in.

Overall a decent stay

Pros: This was a girls wine weekend for us so lots of tasting rooms close by. The house was very clean and had a nice layout. The neighborhood is very quiet. The back patio is a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine later on. Cons: We love to cook and the kitchen definitely lacked quality utensils, plates, bowls, etc. One of the rooms with the twin beds has super uncomfortable beds. It felt like sleeping on concrete. I had a backache after a couple nights. Others reported their beds were ok. Some rooms have black out shades but others do not. They are really needed. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable - If you want to walk for any length of time you’re probably better off driving somewhere. There’s no recycling there either. Overall it was a decent place to stay but needs more items for the advertised 8 people accommodations. For instance, we only had 5 of us but used all of the dishwasher tabs provided. Supplies seemed sparse like toilet paper, etc.

Racing House

We love the house we come down to race at red mountain event center. And it works out great that the house is so close to the track. We have rented it twice and if its available we will continue to rental in the future.

Beautiful home

This was our second stay in this home. It’s the first place we look for availability when visiting Tri-cities. The house is clean and comfortable. Excellent location! Easy to get to. The owner responds very quickly. When we arrived, we noticed some of the fencing was down. Apparently, there was a wind storm the day before. The owner hadn’t realized there was fence damage and I don’t blame them. I don’t expect them to visit their rental house every day! But it needed to get fixed since we had our dog with us. The owner had the fence fixed within an hour and I felt very comfortable letting our dog in the yard. This is a terrific house!

Christmas getaway
