Beachfront 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condominium Unit with year round access to a beautifully maintained pool and hot tub area. Beach access for long walks and it's also conveniently located near the inland Santini Marina Plaza Shops and other convenience stores. It's truly your getaway from reality. Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed for guests. The unit has a kitchen stocked full of the essentials and a dishwasher. Unit comes equipped with Broadband Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The condo is a corner unit with great views of the entire Gulf from Sanibel to Naples. Washer and dryer combo in unit.
This property has a 2-week minimum (13 night min.) stay requirement from the Riviera Club Condominium Association.
*Update: As of 1/19/25, the pool and hot tub area are under renovation after Hurricanes Ian, Helene, and Milton. It is anticipated that they will be in service by May 15, 2025. You can expect some reconstruction activity on Estero Island/Fort Myers Beach for the next several years. This page will be updated as progress continues.

Our family has owned this unit since 1997 and have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for the last 40 years. We are all from the Buffalo, NY area, so time down here in the sun is relished. However, we are not in a position to enjoy this condo unit year round, so we are sharing this property with our guests to take in all the area has to offer.
