The Cozy Coastal was well maintained, clean and has a great beachy vibe decor. The lanai and pool were a fabulous place to relax. Kellie, the host was very prompt in replying to any questions we had. We enjoyed the house and had a lovely time!

Cape Coral Cozy

This place was great! So cutely decorated, open and roomy, plenty of TVs, a variety of outdoor seating, and having our own pool is always the best!! We would definitely love to stay here again if in the area.

Very spacious. So many nice littel extras throughout the house, charging stations, Ziggy, plenty of towels, can koozies and much more. We throughly enjoyed our stay and Kellie was very responsive to our needs.

Girls Vacation

Property is gorgeous! From the canal/dock to the front yard - spectacular! Loved everything about our stay - very clean, comfortable, relaxing and even enjoyed the coloring books and markers.

Cozy Coastal

We had a wonderful month at this beautiful home. Everything was provided and taken care of. Kellie was so attentive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Have to say the lanai was amazing! From enjoying coffee and sunrises each morning to relaxing afternoons in the pool - we loved it!

The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable; the outdoor spaces are also spacious and comfortable. The communication with the host was quick and responsive. The pool is easy to access and being inside the screened lanai keeps the bugs away. Two things I would note:1.) The primary king bath has a tub/shower with a few steps required, while the 2nd bath has easy access.2.) You might want to bring along a rod for fishing in the canal.We enjoyed our stay!

Home Away From Home

We stayed a week in this home and it was absolutely everything we wanted and was looking for. Owners are very prompt to answering questions. Home is stocked with essentials. The pool and canal view was spectacular! Sitting out there in the mornings for the sunrise was breathtaking! There were 5 of us and our dog we were very comfortable.

Cozy Coastal = Perfect Stay!

We have visited this area many times to visit our Florida family. We are from Michigan. Unfortunately this time we were here for a family funeral. The home owner communicated well with us and made our stay as pleasant as it could be. We had 5 adults - plenty of room for everyone! The Cozy Coastal house definitely deserves its name. Decorations and furnishings are right on. You can enjoy the pool and search for dolphins in the canal. Our last day here, a dolphin appeared. A little burrowing owl was a highlight on our first morning. A beautiful, peaceful area. Definitely would stay again and again. Thank you for sharing.

There were three couples staying here. Plenty of room for group gatherings or one-on-one conversations. The lanai area is where we spent a good portion of our time with the seating area, pool and dining table. Two seating areas down by the canal. The host is quick to communicate and has thought of everything to make a stay complete. So many serving dishes! TV's available in so many places, but we rarely turned them on unless it was really hot and humid outside. If you are particular about shower soap/gel and shampoo, I would bring my own.Another guest mentioned the burrowing owls. There were three across the street and 3 babies showed up on our last day. So fun to watch.The house is quiet inside, which helped for very restful sleep. We all really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again someday.
