Great house for our group. Clean, great hot tub, walk to the bus, quick drive to the slopes. If we come back, we will stay here again.

Great Sun Valley Location close to everything in Ketchum. Large house provided plenty of space with a great kitchen, bathrooms, deck with views.

Better than the Pictures suggest!

We had a wonderful vacation and the house was remarkable! Being able to hop out the back door and hike up Penny Hill was a special treat!

Location Location Location!

Perfect spot for our family Christmas. Very close to the Sun Valley Lodge- walkable to town and the sledding hill is right in the back yard.House was immaculate and had everything we need!

The rooms were clean, short walk to the bus stop and short ride to town or slopes. The hot tub was very nice. Only issue we had was not getting an email with check in code to get in the property on day of arrival, and host not respond to attempts by Expedia to reach them, we were finally able to call them directly. Also, back bedrooms seemed to have no heat, we adjusted the thermostat but it did nothing for the bedrooms

Great house

The house is nice and the owner was communicative. House had nice features and was organized. Good location, closer to town and easier to get around than realized. Hope to get to stay there again.

House was comfortable for our family group of 8. Kitchen was adequately equipped allowing us to cook breakfast and dinner. Check in was fine, house was clean. Great location for skiing.

Great location and views.

This was a great house for our family. The house was as expected; a bit dated but totally fine. Hot tub was clean. Views were awesome and the house backed up to open space. Beds were comfortable. Owner was chill. We will likely come back.

Nice Siblings' Reunion

We were two sisters and a brother (ages 70s - 80s) with spouses and we get together bi-annually. This property was ideal because it was roomy, well-appointed and close to Sun Valley attractions. Scott, our host, was very responsive. I'd recommend his place to anyone looking for a comfortable get-away place.

Ketchum Getaway

Such a great house for families to kick back, sit by a roaring fire, watch the snow fall and spot the wildlife while enjoying amazing views of both Dollar Mountain and Baldy. The house has everything you would need to have a relaxing visit with family and friends. Its location to the Sun Valley Lodge is a nice perk with certain amenities offered to those who rent this wonderful house. The owner is very responsive and we would definitely return again!

Amazing Sun Valley Family Stay

I grew up in Ketchum and this rental was a great base for our family to return and one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The house fit 7 of us with plenty of space. New kitchen, impeccably clean. Beautiful views of Baldy. The pictures don't do the place justice. Easy drive to River Run, Warm Springs or Dollar in the winter (or free bus steps away). Penny Hill, the prime sledding spot in town is literally in the back yard. In the summer it's right on the bike path and an easy walk to the resort or town. Scott was great to interact with. We hope to be able to book it again the next time we're in town.
