Sun Valley: Cozy Twin Creek Home on Private Ln Near Bike Path

After suffering water damage in the winter of 2023, we have just reopened our home for rentals again. Our house has a fully remodeled and stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, lots of cabinet space, floors that have been refinished, InstaHot, new dishwasher. Additionally the laundry room and the entry way have also been refinished. Please see our photographs on this site to see our beautiful new updates.

The house cozy 2600 square foot home is located on a private cul-de-sac in Elkhorn in the Twin Creeks area and has access to all the Elkhorn Amenities including hottub, sauna, steam room in the winter and in the summer tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 2 swimming pools and playgrounds. Views of Mt. Baldy and surounding mountains are enjoyed from the floor to ceiling windows on the main floor.

This serene setting is the perfect spot for year-round vacations. Surrounded by aspen trees and a private pond out back, enjoy fly fishing in your own backyard, pedal your bike to the bike path two blocks away and ride to the Harker Center swimming pool , to the town of Ketchum or strap on a fly rod and head down to the Big Wood River (about 1 mile) and if you feel really ambitious bring your bikes and ride into Hailey (12 miles one way) for lunch. Step outside the front door and walk two blocks to the bike path and from there are many trails which take you up the hillsides for some beautiful hiking. During the warm summer days, we have AIR-CONDITIONING, for added comfort or sit out on the back decks (three of them) and enjoy the serenity of the aspens and the mountains.

After a busy day of activity there is nothing like coming home and cooking a great dinner in the open concept kitchen and living room and gathering at the game table, center island and dining table. Enjoy a multitude of boardgames located in in the hutch. Kids can relax in Bedroom 3, it's own living area equipped with TV, and couch. Or get a roaring fire going in the stone fireplace, open a bottle of wine and enjoy your favorite movie on the large SMART flat screen in the living room. Sign on with your third party apps. Just remember to sign out when you leave.

The newly remodeled entry way door leads into a long entry way with some closet space and a 6' bench. It is the perfect resting place for goodies you may have found in town . Enter through the garage and use the bench to store your sports equipment, your car and/or larger sports equipment such as skis, bikes, etc. Once you enter the house through the garage, there is a second place to hang your coats in the laundry room, and shelf for your helmets.

From the front entry through the main door, you will see a second set of french doors which provides the entrance to the main part of the house. This floor is the main living area (ceiling to floor windows with views), kitchen (including a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, kitchen table which seats 8 and newly retained hardwoods) laundry room, Guest Bedroom 1 (1-Queen), Main bathroom (shower only), and dining room with sliding glass door to balcony, overlooking pond.

Stairs in the center of house lead to guest Bedroom 2 (1 King Bedroom), and across the hall is a 3/4 bath. Onto guest Bedroom 3 (1 King ), TV, couch) and 3/4 bathroom, which has recently been added-however our door package is set to arrive in 2025. It's a full functioning 3/4 bathroom, but NO DOORS (see pictures). From Bedroom 3 is a sliding glass door which leads to a small deck and also to the backyard and pond area. Finally, on this level is a suite style master bedroom (King Bed) with 48' flat screen TV, masterbath with tub and shower. From the master bedroom is a sliding door to deck with build in benches which leads to back yard and pond. Deck is equipped with patio furniture..

This home is the ultimate family vacation home and is a happy place with so much to do for a wide variety of ages and interest.
