Quiet, Comfortable, Cosey

Don't let the proximity to the freeway concern you. The unit is below grade, so it's super quiet. Everything worked well: hot water, water pressure, Wi-Fi, temperature, etc. Parking was at first a concern, but we had no problem (Thus - Sun). The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay there again!

Comfortable and safe

Great comfy space! Felt like I was right at home with a nice kitchen, a comfy couch, and a front gate for extra safety. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Overall was convenient, well equipped, comfortable beds, and very clean. First night sleep was difficult due to noisy people upstairs. Next two nights were nice and quiet. Otherwise stay was great!

Crack pipe and same code

The hosts were really nice and communicative . But there were quite alot of issues and uneeded stress during our stay. The host gave the same code to another group as us. We were settled into our place when the host said we are in the wrong area of the house. We couldnt leave the festival so had to rely on the maid moving our stuff which was awkward and had to go back and forth saying hey not all our stuff is here please retrieve the rest etc. . Also my husband found a crack pipe underneath our bed from previous guests which was horrible. As well as septic issues. Overall not a good experience.

wonderful stay

The place was even more spacious than pictured and I had a really relaxing stay. The host was incredibly good with communication (speedy and instructions were super clear). The location was just a few blocks away from eateries and bars. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely stay

More of an apartment then a bungalow. Perfect location to walk to local events and restaurants. Unfortunately the floors are thin , it sounded like horses stomping on the floor throughout the day and late at night.

Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for a weekend stay. Though it wasn’t as central as expected, it was still really close to everything and Ubers were really cheap. I would stay here again 1000%, I had a fantastic time.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here. Two things that are important to my husband and I is a comfortable bed and good water pressure. This bed exceeded our expectations and the shower was Great with plenty of hot water

Great Place to Stay in Midtown Sacramento

The apartment was everything we wanted. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, check in/check out was easy, and the location was perfect. Communication with the homeowners was easy. We had a fantastic time exploring the city for the first time and this was the perfect location to do everything we wanted.

This is a beautiful, newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment, which is part of a charming 1911 bungalo located in Midtown, Sacramento. Within 1.5-2 miles to Downtown, Golden 1 Center, Capitol, Old Sacramento, and other attractions.

The apartment is large (924 square feet), located on the lower level (partially basement), with 8-foot ceilings, an upgraded, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and Duxtop triple stainless steel cookware. Please note that this is an old house and sometimes you can hear people moving upstairs. Best for a couple or family with kids.

200 restaurants within 1 SQ mile!! On Saturday morning, walk to the Farmer's Market to get fruits and veggies for your gourmet dinner. Go out and explore the vibrant nightlife. Harlow's is nearby for a night of great music and memories. Afterwards, rest on the king size bed with memory foam mattress and goose down comforter. A large closet in the bedroom will fit your wardrobe. The apartment has central heating and air, which is controlled by Nest thermostat. Ample street parking with a complimentary parking pass! Our home is secured with a locking gate and passcode access. Easy entry to the apartment with provided codes, so check in is a breeze!
