Stayed here to attend the Aftershock festival, everything was exactly as listed and we had everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday before heading to the festival. I very much appreciated the note on the washer with helpful instructions for use and I love the ceramic dishes! Easily accessible/locatable and the neighborhood was very quiet at night for peaceful sleepingWould absolutely stay here again!

This is one classy place. Spotlessly clean, well decorated, very well stocked kitchen with lots of spices for cooking, excellent bed. We were so pleased by this VRBO. It exceeded our expectations. Kevin had clear instructions for check-in and checkout. Appreciated the filtered water, efficient heat, formal dining room and plush towels. Located in a great neighborhood close to lots of excellent restaurants. We never used our car!! Loved the place. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is adorable, clean, has everything you need for a great stay, and is in a very convenient location. We will definitely try to stay here again if it’s available the next time we are visiting family in Sacramento!

Very nice bungalow. The place was spotless and in an area close to a brewery and other hot spots. The owner is available and very nice. Loved our stay.

The bungalow has plenty of room for 2 travelers. The bedroom is at the back of the house so noise isn’t an issue if one person is in the living room. The bathroom is small but the shelving keeps it organized. The walk in shower is roomy. The neighborhood is walkable and interesting with the many bungalow styles and beautiful landscaping. Restaurants, a coffee shop, bakeries and a brewery are within walking distance. The house makes going to downtown, midtown or the waterfront quick and relatively easy (if you avoid the freeway). This property is highly recommended.

Great location! Great place

The place was very clean, had all the kitchen supplies, bed was comfortable. Loved the place. We will stay there next time we are in the area.

If there was ever a perfect VRBO experience, Kevin and his home provided us exactly that! This home is not just cozy but also beautiful. Kevin has provided everything in his home that anyone could want or need.Also, the location is wonderful - so much to see and do in the neighborhood. We are hoping to return and enjoy Kevin's place again.

The property was clean and in excellent condition. The size of the rental was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. The road outside the bedroom window was a little noisy, but we ran a fan and that was sufficient white noise to let us sleep peacefully. It's a little ways from downtown, but it's a pleasant walk.

Nice stay

The instructions were clear and concise. The location is amazing, within walking distance of a ton of places. The lodgings were pristine and well stocked with cutlery and cookware. A wonderful stay.

Perfect location

We stayed here for close to a week for an IronMan event and it was close to the venue, markets, and eateries. The house was clean, cute, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again to visit Sacramento.
