Welcome to this three bedroom Brigantine Island townhome. You have found the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer. Steps to the beach, this house offers three decks with Ocean views, an outdoor shower and garage.

For privacy, a bedroom is located on each of the three floors. Top floor master and first floor bedroom have full bathrooms.

If you like to relax after the beach and take in a game or movie, the second floor living room includes a 75 inch 4K TV and Bose surround sound system.

Pillows and blankets provided but linens are the responsibility of the of the tenant.

For the summer, Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred. This can be flexible, send me a message before booking if you are looking to check in any day other than a Saturday.

PARTY AND NOISE DISCLAIMER:

Brigantine is not a party beach town. There's no boardwalk and very few bars. Most establishments are not open late, and the nights are quiet. If you are looking for a house to host a party or a place to cut loose & make some noise, this property is not a fit

Many of the neighbors live here full-time. All rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Any violations of listing or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued summons and fines in the past to renters AND homeowners!
