Great vacation!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this great house in a great location-Ocean view, great beach! We had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful and responsive. The best of Brigantine!

House was clean and very spacious. Very close to the beach and had a lot of things you could use at the house. The house is actually 407B in the back. Make sure to pay attention to trash rules and do not use neighbor’s property or trash cans.

Thanks for the review. The entrance for 407B is the side with a long walk way leading to the front door. Most people enter through the garage. The living space is on 5th st with beach views. The trash cans for the home were located on the B side near the entrance and have since been moved in front of the garage.

Best beach vacation

This property was great! So close to the beach, restaurants ,shopping and a short 15 minutes to Atlantic City! Wayne was great to work with he was available for any question at any time.

Property was exactly as pictured...even nicer ! Many "zones" for kids, quiet spaces, etc. Deck was perfect and garage was ideal for post beach!

Family Vacation

Great location, walking distance to almost anything you will need for the week. Excellent deck area to have dinner and cocktails w/ view. One minute walk the the beach .. Wayne (Host) was very attentive and returned messages very timely.

Great Spot

House is everything advertised. So close to beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. House is fully equipped with all the needed amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. House is clean, AC works great and beds are comfortable. Great vacation spot!

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation week. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Wayne was very friendly and helpful and provided many extras such as beach chairs, a beach cart, and an extra fridge. Access to a beautiful beach is just steps away. We will be back!

Great family vacay

Clean, spacious townhome. Amazing location, easy walk to beach. Beach wagon came in handy! Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions. Kitchen was a little limited in kitchenware, but our group likes to cook. Would definitely rent this property again.

Thanks for the review. The location is perfect for the beach and shopping downtown. You are always welcome back. I know all the basics for kitchen wear is covered such as silver wear, glasses, mugs, coffee pot, Kuerig, toaster, over, microwave , pots and pans. Any recommendation for additional wear is appreciated.

Wayne was awesome, the house was ridiculously cool, and it had everything we needed or wanted. The kitchen had all of the appliances we needed, the grill was nice, and there was tons of space.Everything was nice and clean, and the balcony was so cool. And you can't beat the location. 10/10, would absolutely stay again

The house was very spacious for our family. 6 adults & 3 children under 5. Ocean view abd Steps away from the beach access which was what I wanted.It was very clean. Wayne’s garage was full of everything you need for the beach. Including a buggy/ wagon to put your chairs in or the kids as we also did, big beach tents, corn hole! We had a blast!

I am a Philadelphia native, fisherman and beach lover who purchased home years ago for my family to enjoy. We would visit every weekend. We go the beach , use the boat and often go to the Laguna Rum bar. Now the children have graduated and have professional lives we use the home less. I would like other families enjoy what we so enjoyed to create memories

This is a well built custom luxury home. All upgraded amenities. The close proximity to the beach (100 steps) with beach views and only 3 blocks from the shopping district make this location desirable.

This home features, 3 full baths, 1/2 bath and an outside shower. There is 2 large decks with beach views for enjoying cocktails and coffee outside. There is centralized speaker and radio system. Large 60” Television. 4 large bedrooms where I assure you there is enough space to be comfortable. The first floor has an in law suite with full size bathroom and television.
