This spacious 3-bedroom Hosteeva condo puts you either a walking distance or a short ride to the most famous must-see places. Make sure to check out the vibrant St. Charles Ave, which is only half a block away from your condo. And just steps away from the famous Magazine St, which offers amazing restaurants and local flavors. You don’t want to miss it.

This fully-furnished 3-bedroom private Hosteeva condo is located in the most desirable neighborhood of New Orleans. Featuring custom-made furniture, spacious layout, high ceilings, and high-end appliances for an amazing stay away from home.

You will also have access to the outdoor pool in the adjacent building for some fun in the sun outdoor adventure.

If you don’t feel like driving or taking an Uber, hop on the St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the French Quarter, the entertainment headquarters of the world. If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo.

• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction

The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy

House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great location

The condo is 1 block from St. Charles trolley , so very convenient! The inside was nice, wasn’t expecting the long hallway. Rooms were very nice, had small issues… light bulb out in closet so it was dark. Never found ceiling fan controller in middle bedroom, so my son roasted. Bought more hangers to hang clothes. Over all good! There was flooding out front in street, never found out why.

Conveniently Located

The location was convenient to everything. Street parking was never a problem. The only issues we experienced was that mkst of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work, the ac was cold during the day, not so much at night and the shower water temperature in the master bedroom was very cold. The place was clean and spacious. Overall we had a great time

Family vacation

Wonderful stay, the house was beautiful on the inside. A couple of the ceiling fans weren't working properly so I reached out to the host, and they had maintenance to fix it, all was done in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again!

Great girl’s trip

The property was exactly as advertised. It was 1 block from the streetcar. It was quiet at night. Some buildings in the area could use some work. Great restaurant on the corner. We had a great time and will definitely stay again.
