We love Nola and spent a lot of time getting to know the city. We have stayed in lots of areas from hotels to vrbos. This place was absolutely perfect for a family of 5 and 3 teenagers.

We stayed for 5 nights. The condo was nice and big. Lots of privacy for all. You will need to bring your own USB wall plugs. Walgreens is near the trolley line if you need supplies and the trolley is just a few blocks away. The host had quick response times to my questions.

A bit of the actual construction was half done. One of the air conditioners didn't work so it was HOT in the bedrooms. It was clearly already an issue as the thermostat said it needed service and it had a label on it, emailed the company and got no reply, not that i really thought it would get fixed in the 4 days we stayed. Everything was clean except the floors hadn't bed done great. Security codes on doors were top notch. Living room tv didn't work for ANYTHING. For what i paid i don't think i got my money's worth at all. I will say the location was very good in terms of distance to everything if you plan on driving or ubering that is.

Not so great

The condo was a very good size, but other tenants were extremely noisy. The upstairs tenants threw their luggage down the steps when leaving. The tenants that came in below us partied outside so loudly that I had to call the property managers. They finally moved inside but continued their loud party u til after 3 a.m. I would not recommend this property for families with young children.
