This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is located in the popular Ocean One oceanfront complex. The villa offers 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a King bed with a private bath & private balcony. The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV with a private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, private bath and a flat screen Smart TV for streaming only. The living room features a Smart TV and a spacious balcony, with comfortable furnishings including a new queen sleep sofa. Enjoy the convenience of being at the beach staying here. Easy walk to the new Celebration Park or to Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops & restaurants. A quick walk down the beach to the Tiki Hut where there is usually live music during the peak season. Phenomenal Location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to 222 Ocean One. We love the condo and the location--kid friendly, private pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. The house has all the amenities you'd expect and is flexible if you have kids in tow. Three minute walk to the Tiki Hut is also a bonus!! Lovely place in a beautiful part of the country!!

Overall we had such a great stay. Room was way bigger than expected! I will say that if you are hot natured, bring your own fan for when you sleep as the rooms do not have ceiling fans.

Very nice stay. Clean unit. Spacious. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great. Short walk to Coligny which we love.

We always stay at ocean one and highly recommend but in this room we did have to go buy supplies that should be included with the room like extra toilet paper and paper towels, dish washing stuff, so be prepared for that.

Thanks for your review! That is common practice that the housekeepers only leave a starter supply in the properties. I do have extras at the office if you stay with us again. We'll be happy to supply you with some additional items so you don't have to go to the store! Hope you still had a great time at the beach! :-)

Perfect Location

We had an awesome time staying in this condo. It was perfect for our 7 person group. The pool was awesome and being right on the beach was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!!!

Very spacious with great location to beach, Coligny Plaza and Tiki Hut bar. Rental agency was very prompt, polite and truly cared when we had an issue!! Definitely recommend this beautiful condo.

Awesome location with easy access to the beach.

Everything about the stay was easy with plenty of room for everyone. Easy walk to everything from shopping to eating. The room was not very clean so that would be my only negative review of the room. Overall the family was very pleased with the stay.

Great Location

We stayed with our adult children and their significant others. So close to the beach and Coligny Circle. Only downside was lack of dish towels (none) and supply of plastic trash bags (2) for the whole week.

Thank you for your review. Housekeeping should have left 2 dish towels; we would have been more than happy to send them back for you! They normally only provide one trash can liner for each trash can to get guests through their first day or two until you have time to make it to the store. I apologize for the misunderstanding.. Great location and amenities. We had a great stay overall. Had some issues with cleanliness. Pillowcases were very dirty as well as sheets. We had to buy our own on the first night since there weren’t any extras and were arrived late. The next day they said they would refund us for the pillow cases so that was great! Definitely a little inconvenient to have to buy trash-bags, soap, TP etc. especially if you fly but we made it work!

Spring break

The property was clean and in a great location but unfortunately there was very loud construction going on and the parking lot was a mess. Also we had no operating elevators. We were not made aware of this at all Prior to our stay

Outstanding location just steps from an outstanding beach. Numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy access to all Hilton Head has to offer. The unit was as advertised and was clean and well maintained with a couple minor issues to be expected in a multi use condo. However, the single biggest negative was the mattresses in 2 of the 3 bead rooms. It was as if the owner picked up used box springs, stacked them 2 high and put a 2 inch mattress topper on them; they make a sleeping bag on a gravel drive feel like the Ritz. Really inexcusable. Lucky for us the rest of the unit, complex amenities and superb location made this seem minor.
