Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 422 enjoy a landscape view and won't have to cross a street to reach the oceanfront pool or the Atlantic. 4th floor ocean-side condo sleeps 8 people with comfort. King bed in the master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, and a living room sleeper sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool.
Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This nicely furnished property has a recently renovated kitchen with warm hardwood cabinetry and custom ceramic tile.

Really wonderful condo in a great location. The pool area was lovely, new grill area is great, and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The condo common area was very comfortable and decorated nicely, kitchen was clean and bedrooms were very nice. Some things need updating, but owners newly assumed property so that will come in time. Beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very neat and exceptionally clean. Patio had chairs/table, nice for morning coffee among the trees. We loved our stay here and would gladly return!

Location of the condo was excellent! We could walk & bike everywhere. The facility was well kept, clean, pool was great & condo right on the beach, however our condo looked over the parking lot. The bathrooms could use an update & all the beds were not that comfortable. We would definitely stay at Ocean One again.

Condo was clean. Check in was easy. Location was perfect. Price was great because it is early in the season. Pool was great! Kitchen was nice! Grilling area was great! Bathrooms in 2 rooms need updated. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Six people staying and not enough cups provided to last one day, no paper goods, not enough garbage bags, no dish soap and only 3 pods for dishwasher to last 7 days. No napkins, or paper towels . No coffee filters. No beach towels. Night light burnt out and toaster not working. It was clean and a nice unit. All beds need to be replaced, hard and continually squeak every time you move on them. Beach was nice.

During your stay, we did not receive any phone calls or text messages regarding the cups, night light, or toaster. Had we been made aware, we could have quickly delivered replacements or resolved those issues for you. In the booking correspondence, we provide a detailed rental agreement that outlines what is included in the unit. This specifies that items such as paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods are supplied as a starter set only, and additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest. It also clearly notes that beach towels, coffee filters, and certain paper goods are not provided. We encourage guests to review this information ahead of their stay so they can plan accordingly. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the beds and will take that into consideration as we evaluate future updates. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes from shopping, dining, and anything else we needed. The pool was fantastic, and having such easy access to the beach made it perfect for our family. Check-in was simple and stress-free, which set the tone for the whole trip. The condo itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of six without ever feeling cramped. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and clean

We had a great stay. The only comments are that there was only one roll of paper towel, no dish soap, one dishwasher pod and no shampoo or conditioner in the batheroom dispeensers.

Nice place to stay

Overall condo is great!!Very spacious and everything looks just as pictured. All furniture clean and well kept. Master shower in desperate need of upgrade but there are two others available so that was not a big problem. Would recommend this condo .

Great week

We had an excellent week at Ocean One and 422. We were at max capacity in the room but had plenty of space to live, sleep AND get privacy when needed. Great location close to everything. It was a crazy busy week being 4th of July (everything was packed) but still got to eat at all our favorite places and see our favorite things with minimal effort or wait. The still had our favorite spots at the beach/pool.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this property was very subpar. The showers are very disgusting and in need of cleaning and updates. The shower curtain liners were full of pink mold and the soap dispensers that were built into the wall look like they haven’t been opened or cleaned in many many years. I know this is a beach house and you can expect there to be some sand on floors, but I honestly don’t think that the floors were vacuumed and or swept in a long time. Sand was caked up on the bottom of my feet from just walking from the bedroom to the kitchen. I own beachfront property and my units do not have this issue. It has to be kept up with and it has to be cleaned. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property until the owner and or property manager updates the bathrooms. The furniture, as well, is very soiled and dirty. Either it needs to be steam cleaned or new furniture needs to be bought.On a positive note, the location is fantastic and the check-in process was pretty easy

Very Spacious

When we walked in I was surprised at how much bigger the main living space was. All three bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great for the 6 of us. The unit had a wagon in it which was extremely helpful in getting our chairs down to the beach each morning. The beach was extremely crowded as was pool, but this property seems to have one of the larger pools. Only two negatives, the bathrooms were a little small and the ceilings were peeling in a few spots.

Needs a cleaning

Great place to stay, couple minutes from beach, but the over all cleanliness of the condo was awful, the vents need to be vacuumed the rugs need to be cleaned walls washed, extra linen was dirty that was in the closet, would stay again if I knew that it has been cleaned, we definitely left it cleaner than when we entered
