Fantastic stay!

I booked this apartment for my mother in law who visited our baby for a few weeks. I'm pretty sure I won the daughter in law of the year award, she loved it so much! Clean and incredibly conveniently located, this apartment will be one we return to again! Here is my mother in law's feedback: A three week stay in this charming apartment was delightful. Clean, comfortable, very quiet, with all the amenities one would need. Convenient location two to three minutes from the bus stop, and nearby coffee shop. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood with a private, no fuss entrance. I hope to book future stays here. Five stars.

This property was exactly as it was advertised. It was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood that is located very close to the highway. Totally would recommend!

Nice apartment.

Very nice, tasteful basement conversion to an efficiency apartment with above ground access and off street parking. Modern appliances and accessories. Bright interior with lots of lighting. Modern central heat and air. All appliances and kitchen equipment looked new and functioned well. Clean bathroom. Secure locks. Shopping for necessities within walking distance. Minor issues with a few bugs. Small leak at front door was under repair. We would recommend this apartment to friends/ family.

Great vacation

Had a really nice stay at this property. You can tell the owners put a lot of work in to provide a nice clean place for people to stay. The kitchen feature was great to minimize having to eat out and location was great with a giant supermarket, cvs and walgreens near by as well as a really great restaurant the celtic house all walkable. Owner of property was very nice and and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely stay again if was in the area and the owners would have me.

Great stay!

This apartment was a perfect place to stay to visit Arlington or to visit D.C. My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street but in walking distance to restaurants and stores. The apartment was exceptionally clean and inviting. We enjoyed the comfort of it all. Details….right down to reading lights in the bedroom, a comfortable seating area and everything you would need in the kitchen! We loved walking to breakfast at the local diner and an Irish Pub, Celtic House, nearby!

This was a wonderful experience. The apartment was very well located, near all the main routes to Arlington, Fairfax, Washington, Pentagon city and National Harbor. The apartment has an independent entry, extremely clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there.

Fabulous apartment for DC visit

We spent several nights here and it was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we would definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay for DC

My fiance and I traveled to attend a graduation in DC. The location had great proximity to DC. We found all of the stores we needed close by. The unit was clean and as advertised. Good value for the price. We'd consider staying there again the next time we travel to the area.

Charming and bright.

This property is so well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet but busy. So close to many great restaurants. Nicer than most hotels for business travelers!

Wonderful Accommodations!!

Wife & I stayed 11 days and really loved Cory's place. Pictures accurately reflect the apartment. Located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood but still within easy walking distance (2-3 blocks) to Columbia Pike, a major bus route. Its a 10 minute bus ride to Pentagon subway stop (Metro) and access to DC. It was very easy for us to get around to see the sights. Entire place is bright & clean with kitchen that has full size appliances. Cory did an outstanding job communicating with us before we booked & after! Gave us helpful info along the way. Highly recommend this home if you're visiting DC!!

Nice little apartment in a very walkable location!

Really nice basement apartment in Arlington! The area is very walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby. Tons of things to do as it is close to Arlington National Cemetery, DC, and Alexandria. And the host is great! Everything you could ask for!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying in this property and we couldn't have been more pleased. The property is spotless and well appointed and the on-site parking was so nice to have. Will stay again the next time we are in town. It was nice to get to meet the owner.

A wonderful experience during the Christmas Holiday.

We stayed in this property over Christmas. Our daughter and her family live in Arlington and this apartment gave us a chance to unwind from the grandchildren but still have time to enjoy all that the holiday was suppose to be. I would highly recommend this for both location and the fact that there is on-site parking. The place was perfect and we will be staying there again next month.

This place is fantastic

Lovely little property in great location and beautifully renovated and well-appointed. Lots of thoughtful details, like stocked keurig, hairdryer, plenty of towels, usb chargers around apartment. Two tv's with all the apps you could want to watch! Owner was incredibly attentive and communicative through the whole process and check in and out were a breeze. I hope to stay here any time I'm in the DC area again. Thanks for a great experience!

Great Spot for a Short Stay!

The unit was just the right size for 2 people, clean and bright, and everything worked. The only negative for a longer stay is the lack of a washer and dryer. The host was very responsive. The location is fine for access to Northern Virginia and D.C. locations, and is walking distance to grocery shopping and restaurants. Parking spot in driveway will hold an intermediate or compact car. Nice neighborhood, walkable and safe.

Cozy basement suite

If you are looking for a place to stay not too far away from Washington DC, this is the perfect place! 10 minute drive from every national monument and the national mall. Quiet and quaint area to reside in while you are on a work trip or vacation. The owner was very communicative during the whole process of booking and the stay! 10/10 would rent again.
