This is a true hidden gem in the Washington area. Every detail has been thought of! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the metro is a 14-minute walk away. There are nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity.Highly recommended for a visit to Washington! I am also happy to provide further details if desired.Host Geneva is very easy to contact and made is feel home! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Honestly one of the nicest VRBOs weve ever stayed in. Great cottage in a very nice residential neighborhood a short walk from the metro. Lots of nice touches inside. The owner was very responsive when we had a question about the door lock. Would definitely stay again.

Cottage with Character

This cottage was a great find for our three day getaway to explore the DC area. Nestled on a gorgeous and private home property, close to the DC attractions. This cottage is new, very clean and beautifully designed and decorated. You should love it!

Wonderful place for our DC cisit

This backyard cottage was fantastic for our DC trip. The house was neat and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The neighbor was also great. A short walk to the metro made all of DC available to us.

The Perfect little place

This was a very nice little cottage in a beautiful nature setting. Very modern and clean, everything looks to be brand new. I will be returning for many more business trips.

Look No Further!

This little house is perfection and is a top notch example of why I choose owner rentals over hotels. There are so many small touches... coffee, snacks, and every toiletry imaginable. The home is spotless, location is excellent and the neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommend!

A great stay

Three of us stayed in this house for a girls weekend - it was fantastic. The bed upstairs was very comfortable (and the room got so much lovely natural light!) as was the pull-out futon downstairs. Geneva was very flexible in terms of a couple random requests I had for my stay and she had left lots of thoughtful touches and treats out. The location was an easy 15-min walk to the Metro. Highly recommend. And despite it being a "tiny house" in a backyard, the unit felt actually very spacious.

Quaint, quiet neighborhood charm

This cottage is a perfect 1-2 person hidden gem in the suburbs of DC. Convenient to the Metro if you need to get around town and easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Arlington. The house itself is well-appointed, modern and impeccably decorated. I was so impressed with the attention to detail that the hosts put in to this property. From the snacks, coffee, toiletries, etc., I had everything I needed (including a few things I ran out of and/or forgot to pack) which saved me a trip to the store. I would highly recommend this for a single business traveler or couple looking to explore DC without the hassle and expense of a downtown hotel. 10/10!
