Awesome stay in the Rotunda

Close to everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and newer home. Would recommend and will rent again.

Good place for a quick stop

Positives: Good location, updated, nice private view, easy access to entry, new villa, new villa. Negatives: I think a little more attention needs to be given to cleaning. (The back patio tables were dirty, there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers, the air filter was dirty, and the fans were dusty.) The master bedroom mattress was very hard, and that's okay for some but not for me. I hardly slept. The A/C struggled to get below 76 at night, and we realized why because the air filter had not been changed in a long time. Once we removed it, we got the unit to cool down. Overall, I think it's a nice unit for most and was priced well. I reserved unit 176, but upon arrival, I was given instructions for unit 174. This created confusion, and when I contacted the host, he said he had to switch my unit because the guests in 176 wanted to extend their stay. I would have appreciated a heads-up to this change prior to arriving. He said both units were comparable.

Stay at 176

Clean and nicely furnished. Good location. Bikes had flat tires. Dock and waterway great to sit by and guys enjoyed fishing. Would recommend for up to 6 people. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Luxury residence

Brand new and well appointed with high end bedding, sheets, pillows, bath towels, etc, etc. It's great when the owner goes the extra mile, much appreciated!

This property was just as advertised. The entire process was simple, and the owner was quick to respond to my initial request. The property was was clean and very tastefully decorated.

Overnight stay

Had an overnight stay for a baseball tournament and the home was very clean , comfortable and well stocked. Easy check in and the owner was very quick to respond to questions.
