This property is perfect for a group! It slept all 9 adults very comfortably and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The bonus game room / living area would be great for children. It truly felt like someone’s home compared to most other rental properties. Responsiveness was great as Bob answered immediately when I called him for a check-in question. Whether you’re hiking, skiing, or just visiting North Conway, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Host did not response promptly. The house was clean and as described. Air conditioning units were not windows units and were vent hoses which left windows easily accessible on the first floor. Anyone could have opened the window to gain access to the home. Not safe. Overall was a nice place with plenty of spade for my family of 7.

Property was as described in the ad. We traveled a lot this past summer and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed in. Enough room for family to spread, well stocked (utensils, glassware, plates, etc.). We will definitely rent this house again next spring.Communication with host was seamless. Thank you Bob for making our stay a perfect one.

Didn't dissapoint

My friends and I have stayed at this rental home three times now and each time we've enjoyed our stay. To me, a repeat customer is always a good sign. The property manager was wonderful and we had no issues. I highly recommend this home - it has a ton of room, it is in a GREAT location, we were all comfortable, and we all had a great time.

One of our trips to NH.

The home is great and I n a nice neighborhood close to all we wanted to do. The property manager was great and quickly fixed the one small issue we had. Like most places the 90’ weather (not use to that in NH) sent us to a lake twice. The only shock, after going to North Conway many times in 48 years for vacations, they now charge money for almost everything. Nature should not cost money, but I understand the necessity.

Would rent again!

Overall our experience was great. The house is in a nice neighborhood that is near everything, minutes away from downtown and a bunch of yummy restaurants. The house was well kept and spacious. The only two things I would say is it took over an hr to hear back from the realtor when our AC wasn't working (as soon as we got there)... BUT he responded hugely by bringing a new one and solving our problem. The second is that the lawn was pretty long which was a bummer because they had plenty of lawn games to play but didn't want to deal with possible tick situation . All in all as I titled this review, all 8 of us would stay in this home again. Thank you so much for allowing us to live in your home for our long weekend :)

Very large house. Much bigger than I expected. Perfect size for my large family and toddler age grandchildren. They enjoyed all the toys and the spacious yard to play. The house is located in the perfect location, close to all the North Conway attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

This the second Fourth of July we spent in this home and hopefully not the last! The family had a great time and the place is large so everyone could have their own space or a great place to have family games and puzzle making. The property manager was very prompt to our questions and made the whole stay enjoyable. Looking forward to next years stay there!Thank you!David Colby
