The condo was clean and comfortable and as advertised. So close to everything in the area yet peaceful and quiet with wonderful mountain views. A great place to relax after a day in the park!

Beautiful condo in an excellent location to hike in the National Park and be outside of the the crows in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Love to stay in Townsend!

Love the location as it is close to our favorite spot, Cades Cove. Nice neighborhood to enjoy early morning and late evening walks. Comfy accommodations.

Love the location of the property, it is right off the highway that goes through Townsend but secluded so you don’t even realize how close you are. The home was nicely furnished and clean. Highly recommend.

Great mountain condo

The condo is beautiful. Was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again. Secluded yet close to restaurants and National Park. It was a short beautiful drive to Cades Cove. This area is a real jewel!

Wonderful unit, very well done, would definitely stay again. One very minor issue, no cable, everything is streaming, took us a bit to figure out but otherwise a wonderful stay.

The view was great and condo was very nice but needs a little tweaking. The back porch area and furniture were really dirty and there was no broom so no way to sweep them. Two lights in the kitchen were out and kitchen faucet was loose. We had problems with master bath commode. Had trouble getting it to shut off.

Absolutely Perfect !!!!

I have nothing negative to say about the accommodations. In fact, the only negative thing I can say is I kind of got teary-eyed when we had to leave. We look forward to staying there again, and hopefully we can stay a little longer next time. Townsend Tennessee is beautiful. I have a feeling that I have a new retirement location in my future. Definitely a five star review !!!

Townsend Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful 3-night stay in Townsend, TN. This condo has everything one could want for a comfortable time on vacation. It is simple, tastefully decorated, on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and a peaceful back porch that looks out to a secluded wooded area. The check in and check out process was very easy and the owners attentive and responsive to all of our inquiries. This condo is part of the Cades Cove Reserve, a gated community very accessible to everything you may want to do while in Townsend, including the Welcome Center, Little River Train Museum, the Tuckaleechee Caverns, Cades Cove, the Heritage Center, multiple places to eat and wonderful coffee shops. If we decide to venture back this direction whether for Townsend or nearby Gatlinburg/Great Smokey Mountain National Park, we would gladly stay here again.

Our stay would have been great , except that one day we returned to find the front door to the unit unlocked and ajar. The door was at the top of the stairs, so everyone on the second floor could see that it was open. We had previously notified the manager of a potential problem with a burner on the cooktop, and ask him not to repair it until we left. He agreed. We contacted him when we found the door open, and even though it was an electronic lock he could not tell us if one of his people came in. At this point we asked him to change the door code and he did. We realize that they likely have the right to enter the property, but advanced notice would have been nice and the door should always be left closed and locked. There is no excuse for leaving it open. We never received an acknowledgement that they were the ones who entered the unit. It is creepy to think that it might have been someone other than one of their maintenance people.
