'Why Not' is a mix of vintage hip decor fun for all ages The condo has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay
Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook up those gourmet meals Bedrooms are oversized with king beds and smart tvs and luxurious baths
Living room has electric fireplace perfect for those chilly nights
Neighborhood has a beautiful social area to use that includes a pool (opens May 9th 10am-830pm closes Labor Day Weekend), firepit (be sure to pick up some wood), dining area & outdoor fireplace the social spot overlooks the Smoky Mountains...you might get lucky and see some bears too!
Be sure to bring your bicycles trails all around can bike all around town
Condo is 5 mins to The Smoky Mountains entrance & 20 mins to Cades Cove Loop

Great experience! We would definitely stay there again. There was a generous amount of extras in the condo. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the environment was cozy.

Super Cute and Accessible

We had a wonderful time here. Very cute interior with everything you could think of in the kitchen! One of my sons was particularly obsessed with the popsickle molds and made about 20 in the few days we stayed. Very clean and well organized. This condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and stores in Townsend. We love this area and would definitely book with Jeanine and Rick again.

Wonderful getaway

We stayed here as our home base for a few days traveling in Tennessee and North Carolina and absolutely loved it, can't wait to come back and stay again!

Cades Cove Peaceful Side

EZ Booking. Very nice 2 King condo for 4 Seniors. Comfy beds. Really nicely decorated. Gated community off main highway in Townsend. No hustle/ bustle like in Pigeon Forge. Will be checking calendar for October return trip. Thank you Miss Jeanine.

Our Smokey Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and helped us feel relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. There was everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to feel right at home after a day of exploring the mountains.

Our second stay was even lovlier!

This is our second stay and we were not disappointed. Jeanine and Ric are superb hosts and make sure you are comfortable. This, the location of the condo, the cleanliness, and the quality of furnishings make it a perfect home base for your mountain activities stay. The attention to detail with fall decor and thoughtfullness to give local pointers just set it over the top. We are grateful for such a great option when visiting the area.

Perfect family time

Property was immaculate and well stocked. Location is great if you’re looking for a peaceful vacation! We had a lot of rain the week we were there which put a damper on our outdoor activities but otherwise it was perfect.

Welcoming & Comfortable Experience!

VRBO hosts thought of everything & our family wanted for nothing.Two spacious bedrooms with King size beds & private bathrooms(1 with walk in shower)definitely the primary reason we chose this VRBO. Property was spotless, & well equipped. Our son & daughter in law enjoyed the back patio & swimming pool during our short stay. 1st floor was perfect for my husband with limited mobility(easy walk from parking lot to home) Wished we were able to stay longer!! Peaceful area convenient to Great Smoky Mountains National Park & not far from Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We appreciated the hosts quick communication to any questions we had. If we return to this area again will definitely stay at this beautiful property!

Cozy little condo

Clean, secluded, safe area, gated community. Great hospitality from owners. Great town with lots of places to eat. Quiet side of the Smokey Mts. High recommended. Stayed twice in this condo and will be soon booking for a 3rd trip.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at your home. It was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. It was quiet and had adequate parking. The location, being in Townsend, was great for access to The Smoky Mountain National Park. And there are some nice restaurants right in town.

Peaceful stay, beautiful condo

Our family loved staying at your beautiful condo. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary smores basket and chips and salsa. The location of the condo was perfect. We were able to enjoy many activities and hikes without traveling too far. Jeanine was a wonderful host! We will definetly book again when we return to the area!

Relaxation Vacation

This place checked all the boxes for our relaxing vacation. We spent alot of time at condo, pool and back patio. The kitchen had all the supplies for all of our meals. Definitely not the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but that's what was perfect about it, you get all the beauty of the mountains too!!!

The pictures do not do this lovely condo justice. We had everything we needed and more. The beds are amazing. It really feels like a home away from home. This is my #1 for any place I have rented on vrbo. Communications was amazing! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great Clean Place

We stayed 6 nights here. It is about 30 Minutes from Pigeon Forge if you take Highway 321, which is the easiest route. The place was great, clean, and well stocked. The pool was perfect. They took all safety precautions, which I am a huge fan of. The Beds were very comfortable, and the condo was very clean. We will stay again, and definitely recommend this place. Be sure to go to the Chocolate Bar not far from here. Their chocolate is AMAZING!

Cades Cove Cruising

We stayed here to take a bike trip in Cades Cove on no-vehicle Wednesday, and this location was perfect. Rick and Jeanine are wonderful hosts and their condo is perfect. Even the Keurig pods were divided into caffeinated and de-caffeinated. They didn't miss a trick. The location is quiet, secure, off the main road but with easy access to Townsend and the bike trail in town. Perfect for two couples or a small family.

Cozy stay just outside the National Park

The location of this condo was the deciding factor for us. Minutes outside the National Park. After long days hiking in the park we were back and showered in no time and ready to grab dinner in Townsend. Exactly what we were looking for. The condo is probably the most comfortable place we've ever stayed outside of our own home. Fully stocked with ample supplies and numerous additional extras that were very nice. We had several conversations with the owner which were beyond helpful and friendly. We recommend this condo very highly.

The condo was in a safe gated complex in beautiful Townsend. It was so cute and cozy and clean. We ran the Smoky Mountains half marathon, saw the Titanic museum, shopped in Pigeon Forge, and toured the Tuckaleechee Caverns. So many fun things to do so close by!
