Water Front Davis Bayou w/ 2 docks.

Most people who have a water view have a water view of somebody else’s water view 😑. The view from your rental apartment on Davis Bayou is the same view Hernando de Soto had when he was looking for gold in Mississippi. 😀 Shell Landing Golf Course 14 minutes, downtown Ocean Springs 15 minutes.

The space
Your apartment is just on the other side of the Gulf Islands Seashore National Park. If you want a relaxing place to hang out at after you get back from a hectic night at the casinos then this is it. Or if you just want to kayak, fish, and have a place to park your own boat then this just might be right up your alley. 🙂 I recently bought a Trail Embers Pellet Grill for guest use. I’ve never used one myself and I know little about them except they are the be-all end-all over charcoal and gas. However, they can be a bit tricky to use. If you don’t have experience with wood pellet grills please let me know. Thank you for your patience.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the second, upstairs, bathroom if they want to. They are also welcome to lounge around on the upstairs deck any time of the day if they prefer which has a slightly better view because it’s upstairs.

Other things to note
Molly is very friendly and enjoys making new friends, both 2 and 4 legged types. Pets welcome.
