This was our second visit to Kristi's home and it did not disappoint. The house is extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We love the convenience of the provided beach chairs and towels! The location is perfect for enjoying all that St. Joseph has to offer. We hope to stay again next year.

Spent 4 days here with girlfriends. The place was spotless.All possible kitchen needs are there along with top appliances. Beautiful property. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't use the deck or firepit. Kristi was a wonderful host. Answering all questions we had. When we arrived there was a beautiful arrangement of flowers and a bottle of proseco. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at this house. Plenty of room, great kitchen and amenities, great yard, super easy access to the beach. Property was clean and welcoming. Our host was always available if we needed anything. Definitely would return here! Thank you!

Kristi provides a cozy haven very close to downtown St. Joe. Her home is beautiful and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Her upgrade features in the home worked well in the kitchen for us to cook. We loved our stay.

The location was amazing for access to 2 beaches. House was beautiful with a lot amenities. Host was very communicative and friendly. For the host I would recommend a new mattress in the king size room and some curtains in the common living area as the sun in the morning and evening made it difficult to enjoy the space.

Beautiful home! Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, all the equipment and spices which was so nice. Many places have the bare minimum with one crappy pan and salt and pepper. The host was easy to communicate with and left beautiful fresh flowers which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Location was perfect for all our activities.

Home is in a nice, very quiet neighborhood, with a nice yard to kick kiddos outside to wear off energy. The kitchen is WONDERFUL! Cooking for our group of 7 was a breeze!!! The home layout is perfect, with numerous places to escape to read a book, or to all gather together. HIGHLY recommend!

Home was beautiful and clean. We did have some younger children in the home who played on the area rug. After spending some time on the area rug myself, I think it needs a good shampooing, it was bit musty smelling. The rugs in the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub were stained and a bit worn looking. Other than those two things, the house was great and was the perfect size for our families. The fresh flowers were a beautiful touch. Thanks so much!

Great family get away

We played pickle ball, went to nearby beaches and hung around with the family by the fire pit and cooked all our meals in a well equipped kitchen. The place was very clean and the owner was wonderful to work with.

Great stay

House was incredible clean, comfortable and spacious. More than enough room for 7 adults. It worked out as an excellent substitute for hotel rooms when coming to town for a family wedding.

Wonderful stay!

We brought our two kids (ages 5 and almost 2) with my husbands parents. The place was very well stocked, clean, spacious, and kid friendly. Would love to come back!

This property was so clean. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a week long family getaway. We especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs. This really is a special place with everything needed for a great beach experience. The host was so attentive! The local beach was perfect for quick trips to the beach. Centrally located to everything! We hope to stay here again!!
