This beautiful apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, indoor sunroom, dining room, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi. This rental is on the lower floor with another separate apartment above it. The main entrance and parking area are shared, but everything else is private.

Plenty of space

The downstairs apartment was very roomy and the house had everything to feel comfortable. Actually too big for just the two of us-but lovely nonetheless!

Wonderful stay and amazing host

We enjoyed our stay. The home was as expected in the description. I really appreciated having a space to park in the back. Having three complete bedrooms and an extra half bath were perfect for our family. The rooms were clean. The dining area was fantastic. Check-in was easy. Its just a short drive to the falls and many places to eat are close by. The host went above and beyond when we forgot something behind. Thank you!

Family get away

This house is really cute and conveniently located so that the falls and attractions were close by but the noise and lights didn't keep us up at night.everything we needed was available but note there is only a mini fridge not full size fridge. The house was very clean and comfortable. My only CC complaint was hearing the upstairs neighbors as the went up or down the stairs. Otherwise this place was great?!

Niagara falls

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Niagara Falls. The home was clean, comfortable, making it ideal for our family with small kids. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Spacious & Clean

Great spot for up to 6 people. Lots of space in the house with extra street parking for additional vehicles. 5 min drive to most Niagara attractions

Perfect place!

So close to everything! Wonderful house!! Felt like home. The ONLY downfall was that it got a little sketchy within a few blocks. That being said, I still would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Eclipse getaway

Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets.

NOT FAR FROM THE FALLS.

If you are going to the falls, this is for you. About a five-minute car ride. Place was as advertised with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Family was satisfied with the accommodations. Not far from the wineries either.

Niagara holiday

Our rental worked out perfectly for our 2 night visit to the Falls. My French family of four and I had enough room to spread out and kitchen was stocked enough to cook several meals. The location was fine for easy access to the Falls.

Nice place to stay

Big and clean place to stay for a family of 6. Only negative is no iron press board. No creamer for coffee. Bathroom had only men all in one body wash. More items to stack in kitchen and bathroom can make this place 5 rating stay.

Pretty satisfied

To continue the theme, we also had issues with receiving the door code. Our code was even compromised during our stay and renters upstairs walked into our place while we were there. Owner was quick to apologize and issue a new code. To know ahead of time, there is not a full-sized fridge and you can feel the bed springs; not super comfortable. But, overall accommodations are nice, the place is clean, well maintained, the shower is nice and hot, and A/C is top-notch. Great location and is about a 7 minutes drive from the falls.

Really nice house close to the Falls

The house is very nice, plenty of character! It was well stocked with all the necessities (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, plenty of towels and washclothes, cleaning supplies, paper towels, coffee filters and coffee!). The living room and dining room furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. We really appreciated that. The wood floors are gorgeous. The neighborhood is decent. A couple things that could be better. The kitchen has a mini-fridge. A full size fridge with a freezer would have been amazing for our family of 6. We didnt have room to store any food. The furniture in the bedrooms is very nice, however the beds are extremely uncomfortable. You can feel every spring. Add some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, makeup bags, etc. We were also quite disappointed about the parking ticket we received. There is no signage telling you not to park on the side of the street the house is on. We got a $25 ticket.

Very nice home

The house was very clean and comfortable. The street is nice with well maintained homes. The area near the home needs some attention, those homes were beautiful in their day but has since been left unattended and not maintained as the neighborhood you will be in. We were a grandmother with grand daughters and arrived after dark, was very concerned that our access code would not be delivered as told and was unable to keep checking as I was driving. It did indeed come and access went well. The parking in the rear was well lighted. The only negative was when the upstairs people came home very late it woke us up from the sound of them entering the house, going upstairs and walking around. But regardless I would stay here again for it’s near location to the falls. The host communicates with you very well.

Perfect location and lovely updated accomodations.

Went to Niagara with my girlfriend and our daughters for a mother-daughter trip. Check in was a breeze, the apartment was very roomy, immaculate and beautiful!! Beds were comfortable in large bedrooms with all the comforts of home. We were close enough to attractions for a short drive, but no traffic. James was quick to respond to questions and needs. I will be back!!

Good for families

Overall we enjoyed, place is clean and close to falls. Rare to get 1.5 bath easy to get ready with children.

Niagara Falls is great to visit any time of year. We have great hiking, restaurants, attractions and tons of scenic views. We have a casino if that is your thing, as well as a lot of shopping destinations. Niagara Falls is a great economic base for visits to Toronto, Buffalo, and even Rochester.
