This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Forest Ridge townhome has everything you could desire in a seaside retreat for a little rest and relaxation. A serene color scheme, coastal embellishments, and comfortable furnishings adorn the entirety of this unique villa.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan where two comfy leather sofas immediately tempt guests to kick their feet up, flip on the TV, and relax after a day of fun in the sun.

Overlooking the great room is a fully stocked updated kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz counter tops, and a California bar top perfect for serving meals! An adjacent high-top dining table seats four and is also part of the great room.

Just off the main living area on the first floor you'll find a wonderful master suite with all handmade wooden furniture, a brand-new king-sized Nectar bed, a flat screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry area is also conveniently located in this bathroom.

If staying inside on a beautiful day is not your cup of tea, grab a good read, head out the back sliding glass door, and enjoy the spacious back porch! This spacious private balcony hosts a table seating four with a sun shade umbrella as well as a teak wood 2 seater bench.

Through the quaint entry foyer and up the stairs you'll find two additional bedrooms as well as the second bathroom open to the hallway for use by both bedrooms and offering a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom is host to all handmade wooden furniture, two queen sized Nectar mattresses and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom features one queen sized Nectar mattress and a flat screen TV.

This marvelous vacation getaway is only a 5-7 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!

Great Location

The condo is located just a quick walk to the beach and public beach access. There was plenty of room for our 8-person group and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is also right behind the condo. All in all, we had a fabulous time! The kids want to know when we can go back already!

Peaceful beach weekend

The house is prettier than the pictures show and it was super clean. The beach is just a 5 min walk away and it was beautiful, we found lots of shark teeth. Great place !

Great place

The apartment was awesome and as described. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The back deck was great for lunches after the beach and a beer at the end of the day. Off the main road so quiet at night, but close enough for an easy walk to the beach. The pool was good too, perfect for kids.

Great Place in Nice Community, Close to the Beach

Clean and well appointed townhouse, beautifully furnished and decorated. The hosts are responsive but not at all intrusive. Great value.

Great townhouse in a great location.

House was super clean. Great location near the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood as well as quiet unit (never heard any noise from neighbors). We’ll be back next year!

Destination wedding

Nice condo in a quiet complex with pool and playground. Pet friendly:) We enjoyed our long-weekend trip to FB. Condo had well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms have closets. Master bedroom downstairs has only a small wardrobe and two luggage racks. I would suggest a dresser to put tv on, instead of the table there.

Last minute get away!

This place was really great and dog friendly! We cooked in a lot because everything was closed during corona and the kitchen is loaded with everything you could need! Toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels were provided. Overall very comfortable place! I would love to go back when pools and beaches are open!

Home away from home!

Our stay was exceptional! The property was exactly what the pictures and information describe. I was very impressed. The location is perfect, quiet and relaxing. The beach is very close and we all had a wonderful time. Check in and out was easy breezy also. We did not have any problems. Thank you so much!

Spring Break

We loved this property. It was in a nice, friendly community with a short walk to the beach. It was clean and spacious for our needs. We had a minor issue with our toaster and within an hour we had a new toaster .What more could you ask for.

Nothing short of Wonderful!!

Let me start by saying we vacation frequently throughout the year. So, we've stayed in Condos, houses, cabins, etc of all sorts. This condo is not the newest or fanciest place we have ever stay, but it is by far the best we have ever been to. The location is awesome. Just a very short walk to the pool which is very nice and the landscaping is gorgeous! The condo itself was immaculately clean when we arrived. There are plenty of towels, dishes, and great appliances. The beach is only a short drive away or you could walk. We chose to drive as we had small children in our party. The absolute best thing about this condo are the beds!! Omg the mattresses are amazing!! My husband and I literally had to drag ourselves out of bed every morning! This will be our new go to Condo in Fernandina!

Quaint Place But Needs Bath Improvements

This was a very quaint condo, however there were a few red flags that need to be brought to the property owners attention. The bath towels were absolutely horrendous, paper thin, and felt like they were from the 1960s. These towels should have been replaced three years ago. The bath mat was unwashed. There was no trash can in the upstairs bath and the trash can in the master bath was lined with a wrinkled Walmart bag. In addition, the tray that held the towels had dust and hair in it. The bed linens were beautiful and I have no complaints on the living and kitchen space. For this property to have such nit picky exit instructions, they need to have some attention to detail on their bath linens and tighten up on their bath cleanliness.

Wouldn't have booked if we'd known about the A/C issue

This property was somewhat clean ( bathrooms had a long way to go) and had the amenities as stated on the listing. However, no one warned us that the A/C would not be able to hold even 74 degrees. I know this is Florida, and the sun makes it hard on the units, but I have an epileptic daughter for whom being too warm at bedtime is a trigger. Had we known the condo would not be cool enough for her, we would have booked elsewhere. She did have a seizure, and in fact bruised her face badly on the wooden footboard. We had already complained about the air and were given the same instructions we'd already received. "Keep the walk in closet door shut upstairs" which we did, but that closet door actually had an improper latch on the door and so did come open on its own. There is actually a sign in the condo to not turn the air below 70 degrees. I believe this should be in the listing. Even saying that though, the air could not hold 70 degrees. It's unacceptable. Other than that our problem was our front door lock. The mechanism is stripped out so it doesn't catch most of the time. We actually left a day early because we couldn't get anyone to come out and fix it, so we were stuck in the condo with our dog. Someone did come as we were starting to load our vehicles, but all he did was turn the lock a bunch until it caught and say he didn't know why it wasn't working before. After he left, it, of course, went back to not working. We just left. This was my second attempt at staying in these condos. The first wasn't great either. I wouldn't recommend it.
