Relax in our Cozy Quiet 2nd floor condo (No elevator). Just 1 block off the Parkway in a cul-de-sac tucked away & quiet. If you like car shows & parades or just to relax. This is the place to be. You have easy access to all the action. Walking distance to the Public grocery, The Island, restaurants, theaters, shops, The 3 Bears General store to see live bears & miniature golf. The complex offers guests a private community outdoor pool (in season), charcoal grill area, picnic table and gazebo,
We have high-speed Updated WIFI. 2 LED flat screens with HD cable. In the living area we have a fold out comfortable Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Gas fireplace for your enjoyment during the cool months. One bedroom with King size bed and jetted whirlpool tub for relaxing. A Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo Full kitchen with dishes and all your cooking needs.
Visit our Cozy Relaxing getaway, and enjoy our quiet condo for all your needs.
No elevator (Stairs only). No pets of any kind allowed because of allergies or Smoking in the condo. No Loud Music/Events.

Awesome place. Very nice, cozy, and in perfect proximity to everything! The host Penny… I can’t say enough good things about! She was very attentive and speedy when we communicated. Beautiful condo!

Loved our stay. The Condo was decorated so nice and was very clean. I would love to stay again. The only trouble was the road construction which is not the Owners fault.

Short stay

It had all we needed for a short stay. Bed slept great. Not sure if fireplace worked we couldn't get it on? A lot, of loud construction going on early in the mornings however, that happens with change. Enjoyed it!

Immaculate Condo in Perfect Location with Outstanding Service!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! The condo in Pigeon Forge was immaculate and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. The owners were incredibly attentive and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. We felt right at home and can't wait to return. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable getaway!

Condo stay

Clean and quiet. Met other guest in same condo who were paying 55 and 60 dollars less than we were per night. This condo has multiple owners therefore the price depends on who you rent from. Others also said they were not paying 75 dollar cleaning fee or a 74 dollar stay tax. But it is a nice place to stay. I would recommend it being it is close to the main drag.

Nice, clean, and quiet.

We enjoyed the stay here. It was close to everything and on a quiet dead-end road. The only suggestion we have is the shower head needed a good cleaning. There was black build up on the nozzles and to provide more towels. Overall, we loved the location and covenience. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Perfect spot!!

This condo was better than we even expected. The location was so convenient, close to so many attractions. The bed was comfortable, the entire place was super clean. The communication we received from the host was always quick. Easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend this condo.

Very clean and smelt wonderful. quiet and peaceful. Close to many attractions. Definitely would recommend to anyone and would love to stay there again. Friendly owners as well, very comfortable furniture.

Holiday getaway

The stay was lovely and my expectations were extremely pleasurable. I look forward to rebook when I visit again. Internet and streaming directions were easy enough to follow. I loved using the jacuzzi. Looked the aroma smell when I first opened the door. Thanks again.

Great location for everything in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Loved the easy accessibility parking. Great layout and everything was perfectly furnished and everything we needed was readily available. Will definitely stay again. When visiting the area.

Great tucked away spot for a weekend getaway at Christmas

We have an annual tradition of visiting the Smokys area during the Christmas season. Since most of our plans included shopping and eating we decided to find accommodations closer to those things than actually in a cabin up in the hills. This neat little condo hit the spot! Located almost a rock throw from the Island and right off the main strip in Pigeon Forge it made getting around to the things we wanted to do a breeze. Also, it is tucked away behind some other buildings and was very quiet and peaceful. It was a breeze parking and getting in and out. Communication with the owners was top notch and they made sure we had everything we needed. Since it was just us as a couple the size of the unit was adequate. Extremely clean and comfortable. It is like an apartment complex setting so there is a little noise from other guests such as water running and occassional voices heard, but it was not a big deal. We would definitely recommend this one and will likely stay again.

Very well taken care of complex, just 2 blocks off the Parkway. Very quiet, even with all the action going on. We enjoy everything Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas has to offer all year long. Never a dull moment.
Gatlinburg, Townsend, Bristol, Cherokee NC. Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, Dollywood etc.... We love the car shows & festivals as well. You can keep busy or just relax.
