1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Luxury Condo perfectly located near Tanger and across the Parkway from Walmart. Walking distance to many restaurants including: Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, Quaker Steak and Lube, Texas Roadhouse, Applebees, Fuddruckers and many more. A new movie cinema just open right beside the property. The condo has room for four guests and has all new furnishings. A washer and dryer is provided along with a furnished kitchen. Easy trip to Dollywood from the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a new queen sleeper sofa. We also offer two other 3 bedroom condos at this same location...VRBO 489441 and VRBO 660593.

Great Location

Very comfortable and clean, easy access from parking lot, close to lots of activities and restaurants yet just off the beaten path. Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and the river run!

Lovely View

This property is clean and well updated in a great location. It's quiet, but very close to so much! The river is right outside the back door with lots of wild life.

Nice stay

Nice condo. Only couple things I didn't like. Back patio needs cleaned. Bird poop all around The floor and on one of the patio chairs and the LG TV Remote needs replaced. Didnt work half the time and is failing apart. Other then that good stay.

Work/play balance

My mom snuck away with me as I had a conference to attend. We had a great time in a cozy condo right by the water- yet close to everything. We will certainly be back!!

Anniversary Condo

We love staying in this condo. The anniversary condo is the name we have given it. It is so beautiful, and has all the comforts of home. Being so close to everything, we love this location. Hopefully, when we visit next year we will be celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary.

Great condo

We’ve stayed here three times (or maybe four) now and it’s always clean and neat. It’s easy to get to and has become our favorite condo for a few days away.

Always Great to be in Sevierville

We just love staying at Governor's Crossing! It is so convenient to everything in the area and kind of "on a back road". This is our 3rd stay in the Complex and we hope it is not our last.

Jeep Invasion Trip

Perfect property for a couple. Clean, quiet yet close to the strip. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch with the view of the stream. Would definitely return!
