1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Luxury Condo perfectly located near Tanger and across the Parkway from Walmart. Walking distance to many restaurants including: Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, Quaker Steak and Lube, Texas Roadhouse, Applebees, Fuddruckers and many more. A new movie cinema just open right beside the property. The condo has room for four guests and has all new furnishings. A washer and dryer is provided along with a furnished kitchen. Easy trip to Dollywood from the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a new queen sleeper sofa. We also offer two other 3 bedroom condos at this same location...VRBO 489441 and VRBO 660593.

We always stay at Riverfront Condo’s. This particular condo we have named it our anniversary condo, always celebrating our wedding anniversary in this particular one. For many years we have been guest of this particular condo. Loving every minute we are there, so close to everything. The owners are wonderful, and so accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Condo was perfectly adequate except for being infested with ants. They were a major nuisance and not something I wanted to deal with during my vacation. We had to purchase ant killer and treat daily but they kept coming back. I did notify the owner who responded only with “Thanks for letting me know “. We did leave a day earlier than planned and will not book there again.

Hi Christina...Sorry I misunderstood your msg to me. You said.... Good morning! We are enjoying our stay but did want to make you aware that you have a pretty severe ant problem in your condo. We are being diligent about not leaving anything out and have bought any spray to treat regularly but they are just all over the place in the kitchen and bathroom and it's rather inconvenient to have to deal with this while on vacation. ljust wanted to let you know so that you could get a more effective treatment done before your next guests arrive. Otherwise everything has been great and we thank you for your hospitality. Have a wonderful day!" I copied and pasted your only msg to me during your eight night stay. I understood this to be giving me a heads up so I could get it taken care of after you left. I did not realize that you were asking for further intervention Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Great Location

Very comfortable and clean, easy access from parking lot, close to lots of activities and restaurants yet just off the beaten path. Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and the river run!

Great condo

We’ve stayed here three times (or maybe four) now and it’s always clean and neat. It’s easy to get to and has become our favorite condo for a few days away.

Everything was great. We loved the fact that shopping and dining is right there! Very convenient! The only issue for my husband and myself was that there was hair a quite a bit of hairstrands on and underneath the covers. Other than that it was an awesome stay. We would stay again.
