This condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was clean and stocked with towels, garbage bags, dishes and everything needed. I loved the check in process, as it was super easy! I love that there is a code for the door so you don’t need to worry about losing a key. The pool was right next to the room so it was a quick walk to the pool. The large pool with the lazy river is just a very short walk from the room, across the parking lot, which was also convenient. I appreciated the gift left for us, as we were celebrating our Anniversary. I would highly recommend this rental property and the host (or management company) was great at communicating and making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you!

My grandson and I stayed here for five nights during our trip to Pigeon Forge, and we had an amazing time! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, making it easy to explore the area. The onsite pools were a wonderful way to cool off after hot days of sightseeing, and being able to watch the nightly Dollywood fireworks was an unexpected bonus!The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and was absolutely adorable with its Dolly-inspired décor. We also loved being on the first floor, which made loading and unloading the car and coming and going throughout the day incredibly convenient.The only suggestion I have for future guests is to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The condo is located near the dumpsters, and the garbage trucks arrived around 4:30 a.m. each morning, which woke us up.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and that minor inconvenience wouldn’t keep us from returning. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge!

We decided that we needed to get away for a couple of days, so our trip was planned “last-minute”. There was a bit of difficulty in communication with our host, but we accept that communication is 2-way, and we understand that since our trip was planned with short timing, it puts additional pressure on the host to see that everything is in order. But she did her part, and it all came together with no problems! The property is very up-to-date: comfortable and well decorated. An excellent choice for a couple, but could also be accessible to a family with one or two younger children.Being a 1st floor unit, it’s great for older couples who do not necessarily want to transport baggage up the elevator or stairs. But, in our particular instance, there must have been a family with children in the unit above us. It seemed to sound as if they were scooting chairs/furniture, running and jumping, etc. Fortunately, this settled down around midnight and we were able to rest. Our bed was quite comfortable, by the way, and the a/c was good in the hot TN summer. Overall, our stay met our needs and we left relaxed and rested!

Week vacation

This Condo was very clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were comfortable. It is also in a great location to restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our stay!

The coffee bar with coffee and supplies was nice as well as the basket of oil and spices.

We loved the location and the trip to Dollywood and The Island at Margaretiville. BullFish Grill and Timberwood were great restaurants.

Location was perfect! You step out and the indoor pool, hot tub (which was clean) and workout room with a vending machine is right there! Also, Dollywood does their lightshow at dark and the area beside the indoor pool has seating and you can watch the fireworks and light show!! (know that there are two portions with a small wait in between both shows!) The place was really clean and humidity inside was perfect. We did see some bugs (not bad ones- like a rolly polly or two) I still gave 5 stars but yeah it may need to be sprayed being so close to the indoor pool? The balcony was so private and you felt away from everyone. The lazy river was fun. The pull out bed was comfy and so was the recliner! In front of our door was the smoking area. It was plenty far enough away where I smelled NO SMOKE at all.(I am a non smoker) But this is perfect if you have a traveling smoker with you- Small walk and in the shade under some trees. The birthday cake from the host was so sweet! My aunt said it was the best birthday EVER!Super close to a publix! Also, took advantage of the free tickets. We rode two different mountain coasters!I did request a later checkout time (because I have done this with other VRBOs) and was told that this was not an option and should have been done on the front end. I get it but it would have been a nice option to have mid stay. Sometimes you want to get home quickly and other times maybe not- depending how the stay is going. All in all- I loved this place!!!!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry about the rolly polly bugs as the association and I both spray but in the summer its hard to control. We apologized that we could not allow you to check out late because my cleaner could not accommodate it due her schedule. We are thrilled that you liked the pull out it has a fabulous mattress on it.

Located up a hill off parkway. Sometimes a little hard to get out. Needs a sign out in front of first set of condo''s as you come up hill. Hard to see the where to turn in. Host was very nice to work with. Nice quiet porch to set on and just relax. Furniture was pretty but not very comfortable. But a great get away. Very clean. Pool was good. Not many people using it. Nice to walk out door into pool with just a few steps. Also a great place to watch fireworks.

Location was awesome! Anniversary cake was a nice touch. Couple of dead crickets in bdrm, we were from Mi, so it didn't bother us at all. Lol. Bonus tickets to attractions helped immensely!

Just what we needed!

Everything was just as advertised! The location was perfect too! Quiet overall. We especially loved the decor and the extra details inside. Unfortunately, the indoor pool, which is right there, was not open because of mechanical issues. We ended up being too busy/tired to use it anyway, so not the end of the world.

Amazing

We came into the area for my nephews wedding. We arrived late on Wednesday night amongst the heavy rain and flooding that was going on, but had no issues getting from the Knoxville airport to our beautiful location in pigeon Forge to stay for the days that we were going to be there Upon arrival extremely easy to get into the place very clean very comfortable. We couldn’t have been more happy. It is in a great location and it is very centrally located to anything and everything and everywhere you wanna go we were truly blessed to find this place and are very happy and will definitely be back , hopefully when it’s not raining, I’m flooding through the state of Tennessee. By the way God bless Tennessee and all those affected.

Wonderful host! Wonderful stay! Will definitely book again in the future. Location was VERY convenient and quiet and the host put so much thought into the details of the rental property. The interactive art wall was really cool. 5 stars.

This rental is perfect for a couple. It's spacious and conveniently located on the property. Located near the site's indoor pool, the patio surrounding the pool offers a perfect place to enjoy the evening and likewise see fireworks not far away.
