WOW! Our first negative review. We've always had 5*! We're so sorry you had a bad experience. I had checked the unit before you checked in 2 hours early just to make sure everything was clean and it was great, ready for you to check in. We've always used the same cleaners. The sofa was clean, no spots or stains and dirt free, even underneath the cushions. I always check for sand and food as we live at the beach. The comforters are actually both brand new. After you left this review I went down to check on your complaints: The AC was at a cool 72. Seems to be working fine. But we did call an AC /electrician out to double check. He said it wasn't cooling the way it should optimally so we had it repaired. Thank you for letting us know. The microwave, I'm not sure what you mean "it worked but it's broken"? I tried it, it works. The refrigerator is at 39 degrees, we checked it, even have a thermometer in it, and it's also making ice. I know you were disappointed because just 10 minutes after you checked in, you asked me if our 3 bedroom cottage was available, after you chose to bring a 5th person to the small apartment that only sleeps 4. I'm sorry it wasn't available as I would have loved to accommodate you and your family. I ALWAYS want to make our guests Happy! I'm really sorry you never once reached out to me about any of these issues during the Entire Week you were here or I would definitely have looked into them immediately . We take a lot of pride in our properties and take any issues with them very seriously. They all have 5* ratings. But again, when we went to check on your complaints, we couldn't find what you were complaining about honestly. We thought you were having a great time, seeing your kids enjoying the private pool and the family enjoying the golf cart daily, grilling in the evenings and fishing and the beautiful Florida weather. We wish nothing but blessings for you and your sweet family.
