Our condo is very close to the sandy beach. We ask that you do everything you can to keep the sand out, including rinsing off at the pool shower before entering.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

Due to the tropical climate and humidity, you may see bugs from time to time. We have our home professionally treated for your comfort, however, the occasional bug may find its way in. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night when the lights are on.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.
