This ranch style Lakehouse has a few steps to the front door and several more to your own private dock and fully furnished fun packed boat house featuring , ping pong table, Foosball table, Dartboard, Arcade style double basketball hoop, Lilly pad and a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold and popsicles frozen.

The interior of the lake house will welcome you with a massive wall of windows overlooking breathtaking lake views with the most colorful sunsets! Gather around the large dining room table to enjoy meals, play games, do puzzles or to plan your next day adventure! The fully Equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals! You’ll feel right at home with thoughtful decor, comfortable furnishings and an oversized natural rock fireplace featuring an electric insert, perfect for the cozy evenings spent relaxing indoor! We provide fresh towels and beach towels too.

Groceries & supplies are a short drive to Laurie, or take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach, or the souvenir shops on the Bagnell Dam strip. There are many great restaurants within minutes away by boat or land. We are across the lake from Jolly Rogers, around the corner from Lake Burger and a few miles from Coconuts beach bar and grill!

If you love to FISH, this is the spot for you! You can cast your line right from the dock and into our established crappie beds which attract a great variety of fish! Keep your eyes open around the dock, if you’re lucky, you might spot some turtles swimming by!

We have a spacious deck with a gas grill for all your BBQ's and cookouts, a dining area to enjoy your outdoor meals and a sitting area with propane fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous views by the fire!

The dock is partially covered and has a picnic table. You’re welcome to bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina! We have one boat slip space available for your use. We have a 4-person pedal boat and a canoe for your enjoyment! Feel free to bring your own fishing gear & life jackets.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Safe for kids, dogs, walkers and Joggers. Indian Rock Golf Course & Westlake Cinemas are both close by and minutes away to Jacobs cave for a little spelunking.

The lake house front is surrounded by heavily wooded area which invites many visiting deer, possums, squirrels, bunnies and birds galore- including an eagle which lives in a nearby tree!
