Great place for family ski trip

The house was very clean and comfortable! Beautiful views too. Easy drive or close shuttle to Winter Park ski resort.

great weekend trip!

Everything was perfect- the only note for the host is that the WIFI code on the email is different than the WIFI code in the check in book. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location and Condo

First time going to Winter Park. Enjoyed the mountain and the town. Condo is just as listed, owner was great, and easy walk to the mountain shuttle!

Family Vacation

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful town home! The view is spectacular of the river and the mountains! We loved eating out on the deck and appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities that you provided in your home! Perfect get-a-way to Winter Park

Beautiful, clean, and spacious townhome in a prime location in Winter Park. We were able to walk to dinner one night, walk along the Frasier River, soak in the hot tub, play games, watch a movie, and just relax in a quiet end unit townhome. We loved that the townhouse had 3 master suites all on different levels. The host was responsive and very accommodating. Will hope to be back.

We will stay again!!

This is a fantastic property located perfectly for all Winter Park, Fraser, Granby activities and access! Quiet street yet right in the middle of restaurants, grocery and ski rentals. Home is very accurately described- super clean and nice, everything any family wants or could need in a vacation home. Communication with owner was great! Owner is super pleasant and easy to make arrangements with- I feel like we are friends even though we haven’t met in person haha! We will absolutely stay again next season, won’t even look for other listings!!

Great Winter Park propery

My brothers and I planned a sibling trip to Winter Park and chose this lovely townhome for our stay. It was a perfect choice. The 3 bedrooms each had comfy king-size beds with bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, drinkware, plates/bowls, and condiments, much better than most rentals I've seen. It is decorated with a charming western theme. The location is great. It is close to town and the Winter Park resort. I really liked that it is an end unit. The Fraser River is right behind the property with a hiking trail. The host is very kind and attentive/responsive. They provided a plethora of information on things to do and places to eat. If you are considering this property...book it!

Great Winter Park home

We spent a couple nights at this lovely western style townhome with its three separate floors. The privacy of dividing the couples and kids by floor was very nice. The only issue we had was the hot tub kept turning off on our first day/night and never got to temp. We had plans to ring in the new year in the hot tub, so that got spoiled. However the owners helped troubleshoot the problem on the last day of our stay and we got to use it then. We were pretty bummed the hot tub wasn’t working for our whole stay as it was what sold me on this more pricey rental. But the rest of the house was cozy… maybe not worth what we paid in the end.

Cozy retreat, convenient to all!

This townhome was a great fit for my family. We were travelling with my parents who took the basement bedroom suite, my 2 kids who used the twin bedroom and my husband and I took the upstairs bedroom. My sister sometimes travels with us as well and she would have be very comfortable in the loft where my dad often retreated to read in peace and quiet! The home is close to the rec center which we used each day after we skied, close to the ski area and shuttle if you need it! The owners were great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday weekend in Winter Park. The owners just informed me that they are installing a large flat screen TV over the fire place for visitors to enjoy as well. While I know getting away to the mountains should mean no TV, when you are travelling with kids (big and small), sometimes it is nice to watch a movie to end your day of busy activity! Thanks to the owners for listening to many guests suggestions on this!

Great place for a family

This space worked really well for our family. We were very impressed at how spacious the unit was. Loved the big foyer! Each bedroom is on a separate level, which made the house feel very spacious and each family/couple have a lot of privacy. We could keep our clutter contained in each room/level, and the main level stayed nice and neat for everyone. Parents, beware, there is an actual drum with a pair of mallets in the family room. Hide those mallets if you don't want your kids to have a drum performance in the condo. Having a 2 car parking space was great. We were able to park the minivan in the garage and the truck in the driveway. The location was great. Hernando's was right there, and as well as the bus stops. One small suggestion we had was to have more than one kitchen towel available in the kitchen. We did find some clean towels marked "rags" in the garage that we used to wipe down the counters and laid out as a drying mat for when we had to handwash some dishes.

This residence was perfect for what we were looking for. 3 nice sized bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The place was very clean and had everything you needed in the way of towels, tissue, garbage bags, kitchen items and towels. We were attending the Winterpark Jazz Festival and were no more than a 10 minute walk away from Hideaway Park. There was a hot tub but we did not use it. Plenty of games in the closet to utilize and a TV in one of the bedrooms as well as the living room. Would love to stay here again next year.

This is an amazing property with an amazing host! Perfect location and perfect size for our trip. We loved the 3 king sized beds! Our communication with the host was so fast and accurate. We loved the whole experience and will definitely try to stay here again!

This townhouse is in an excellent location and has a lovely little Brook right outside that you can hear when the windows are open. The layout of this townhouse was very convenient for three couples. Each floor had a king-size bed and a bathroom so it was nice for privacy. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. The hot tub was a nice amenity. The host was responsive to any questions or needs. I would definitely rent this again.

Great couples weekend

We had three couples and the condo was perfect. Each couple had their own room and their own bathroom. The condo was well stocked. The porch was fantastic by the river. The location was great, easy walking to all of town. Would definitely recommend!

Nice townhome but needs updates

Overall the townhome is nice but there were some negatives. We had 5 adults and 3 children. The pullout couch held a 6 yr old & 11 yr old. Maybe 50lbs & 80lbs. We had to remove the mattress off of the couch onto the floor bc you could feel the metal frame through the thin mattress. The pull out couch definitely needs to be replaced & is uncomfortable. The carpet throughout the home is white & worn. The owner required shoes be removed at the entrance of the property. There is only 1 bedroom with a TV in the room. We had more than 1 family, and at bedtime it was annoying for the other adults. We had trouble with the top floor staying too hot. We had turned down the heat on each level, and it stayed too hot at night. We had to crack a window in most rooms. The location is beautiful. You can hear the creek with the window open. The hot tub is nice. If you use the hot tub, you have to walk through one of the master bedrooms. Overall, If the pullout couch could have been slept on, we would have been overall pleased with the home. I would not recommend this property if the pullout couch is needed for a bed. The 3 beds were comfortable.

Wonderful in Winter Park

Outstanding home. Everything you need plus great wifi w teenagers. Excellent location for walking to food and fun plus the bars. Close drive or shuttle for Everything Winter Park and surrounding area.

BEST PLACE EVER

This house was insanely magnificent. Right on the river, a block from the grocery, 2 blocks from pepe osakas fish tacos, a block from the frasier river trail, can hear the babbling river from the hot tub and balconies, hummingbirds right outside. Tammy (the owner) was so responsive and sweet. We could not have loved this place more, and would book it again in a heartbeat. If we go back to Winter Park ever again, this is definitely the place we will stay!

great place

My family and I go to Winter Park every year and always try to stay in these condo's. the location is perfect and you can hear the river out your back door.
