We are located immediately adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks - the location of the FREE sledding hill (& warming fires) in the winter and an amazing playground, including a climbing wall and skate park in the summer. The iconic Winter Park Music Festivals are held just across the street from our end unit!

This luxury townhome in the Sawmill Station development, located about 1.5 hours from the heart of downtown Denver is so well maintained that you would think it was brand new. The map in the pictures shows that the townhome is excellently located in downtown Winter Park, Colorado, only 1 block from restaurants & shopping. It is an end unit with plenty of light located immediately adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks, Vasquez Creek and the Fraser River hiking and biking trail. Just steps away is also great sledding, snowshoeing and cross country skiing in Arapahoe National Forest.

This is the perfect mountain getaway! Winter Park is located at an elevation of 9,200 feet (2,804 meters) above sea level in the Fraser River Valley and is the gateway to Grand County, Colorado (including Rocky Mountain National Park). The Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are just a five minute shuttle bus ride away, and the bus will drop you off or pick you up just outside our front door! (The resorts average nearly 350 inches (889 cm) of snow a year ... one of the snowiest locations in Colorado!). There is so much to do in the summer, including golfing, fly fishing, hiking, biking, skate boarding, rafting, horseback riding, while also enjoying the numerous music festivals. The townhome is a cozy, peaceful place to relax and enjoy this summer and winter haven. There are activities for everyone!

The FREE bus (The Lift) to the Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resorts stops right outside our front door! You can ski all day, take the bus 'home' to our beautiful townhome, walk to one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Winter Park for a great meal, and them cap off the evening by relaxing in your private hot tub!

It is a smoke free, pet free townhome. It is cleaned with environmentally friendly, non-toxic, green cleaning products including a hospital grade disinfectant throughout that are completely safe for you, your children, and your friends. It is also equipped with a 42" high definition LED TV with streaming services. In addition, there are LCD TV's in two bedroom and free wireless internet service!

1. As this is a 3 story townhome, it is not ADA compliant.
2. No firearms are allowed.
3. All minors MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult when using the hot tub.

Great getaway

We stayed to ski and wondered if we should have stayed right in Winter Park Village or near the downtown. We had a great day, and preferred being right downtown for restaurants and etc.The host was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed.The red line bus to Winter Park drop off spot is just outside the door.

Winter Park Weekend

This was probably one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. The host was excellent. She had great communication and she thought of anything a guest may need. It was clean, very well equipped, and in a perfect location. If you’re skiing, the free lift to the mountain is literally steps from the front door and there is so much to do in town within walking distance of the condo. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Winter Park.

Cozy condo near town

Enough space to sleep two families with kids comfortably, great hot tub, convenient location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinners, lunches and breakfasts.

Ski Trip

Underestimated the distance from the VRBO to Winter Park Gondola. Shuttle bus to and from VRBO site has multiple stops before dropping off at ski area. The condo was well stocked with everything to meet our needs. Having private hot tub was very nice.

Review

We took a ski trip over Christmas break with our 2 kids (who each brought a friend). The property was very spacious and worked perfect for our family. It was very clean, in a great location, and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub! We felt right at home! The hosts were great!

Great condo

The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a family ski trip to Winter Park. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and easy to access the resort. We did not take advantage of the shuttle because the free parking in lot G and shuttle access there seemed a bit faster. The hot tub was key for soothing sore muscles and hanging with my kids in the evenings.

Everything about this house was a delight. The bus stop outside was perfect! The second bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable though.

Sweet spot in Downtown Winterpark

We slept 6 adults comfortably and there was plenty of privacy with 3 full baths and powder room. Quaint and comfortable townhome in convenient central location close to all shops and restaurants. Easy access to ski shuttle made mornings leisurely. Lovely property!

Excellent winter home

We had a great experience in winter park from this luxury townhome. Walking location to the restaurants in winter park and to ski shuttles. Home amenities worked excellently, we especially utilized the kitchen and hot tub features!

Winter Ski trip

Perfect spot for a group that has both skiers/snowboarders and non skiers. The free shuttle is literally steps out the door. The house is nice and cozy and has all the things you would need. The property managers were great!

Electronic check in is extremely easy. Unit nicer than pictures online. Very short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Short ride to mtn on shuttle. Very happy with rental. Would come back.

Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time @ Rae Ann & Jeff's home. It was very clean, organized and in a wonderful location. All we needed to prepare our own foods and plenty of tasty restaurants close by. I can not say enough good things about this property or the owners, just thank you and it felt so homey. David

Location Location Location

If you do not want to overpay to stay at the resort, this is the place for you. It’s the first condo directly next to the free shuttle and couldn’t have been easier to get to the slopes! 5-10 minutes and you are in the village.

Perfect getaway for family with older teens

Everything was as described. Super clean and very homey. This townhome was fully stocked and conveniently labeled. We went to make family memories for a family Christmas gift and was a perfect getaway to ski for 3 days at winter park. We picked this location over all the others because of the hot tub and the convenient lift bus to and from the resort. Everything was accurately as described. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed the property and the skiing. Place was fantastic in a great location. Bus stop to resort was right outside and very convenient. The condo was well furnished/equipped. Really enjoyed the hot tube after a day on the mountain. Only 2 small items for improvement. 1) the garage is adequate for an average size vehicle, but if you’re driving something larger, like a Tahoe, you’ll have to park in the driveway. The tree out front needs a bit of pruning, so it’s a really tight fit and you’ll need to pull out to load/unload passengers or bags. 2) the non-stick pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Coating is peeling off. That said, had a great time and would definitely come back and recommend it highly.

Cozy but Dated

Our stay here was fine but there were issues. Cons: The townhome feels dated. No curtains on any windows, blinds on some. Our toddler woke at 5 every morning because of the light coming in and naps were difficult. We were left few towels for a family of 5 and very few trash bags Check in was terrible. We couldn’t even access the place at 2:30 even though they said the code would work at 1:00 and there was no cell phone number to reach them. We called the number available to us over and over and got no response. We had to put on all of our snow gear in the car after a long drive to keep the kids occupied until we could get in. Finally, the vrbo operator was able to reach them and they were able to unlock it remotely and change the code. There was not enough hot water to give our toddler a bath. Perhaps the water heater needs to be replaced? It smelled like gas by the water heater on the first floor. We didn’t want our child sleeping in the bedroom by it. Pros: Nice fireplace, very warm Quiet at night Pull out couch is comfortable Great location by the sledding hill, places to eat and shuttle. Once we reached the owners, they were nice and accommodating. They let us have a late check out. We had to leave on Sunday during a blizzard and they let us check out at noon instead of 10 so that helped a little but we were still stranded in the snow with our three kids until we could get into our new place. Hot tub worked well This townhome worked ok for us but overall we are disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

Family ski trip

This condo was the perfect lovation for our family ski trip! The shuttle to winter park reaort pucks up just steps from the front door, rooms were spacioys and comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped with all of the necessities, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of skiing.

The reason we live in Colorado is the natural beauty this state has been blessed with, as well as the marvelous weather. This is the only vacation property we manage. We love spending time in the mountains and we really enjoy helping others share in this opportunity.
