Everything was exactly as advertised. View fantastic. Huge patio with large gas grill. Host was extremely fast with replies. Family room large with nice sofas.

Fantastic family condo

Safe, secure and gorgeous condo just steps away from the beach and pool. We had an amazing stay- got prompt and immediate responses from the management team and loved the condo!

Beautiful condo with everything you need.

Amazing condo--amenities, view, cleanliness; the kitchen is wonderful-- fully stocked to accommodate large families. Pool and hot tub were great--would definitely recommend this condo. One of the best we've stayed in on Okaloosa.

Beach Thanksgiving 2023

Beautiful place to host family for Thanksgiving. Gorgeous view and easy beach access. Very clean property. Fantastic kitchen with everything needed for cooking a large holiday meal. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The view was amazing and the property was very spacious. we loved the kitchen....very well equipped. The dryer needs some attention bc it doesn't work well.

There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately! Loved the location and the room. Great for a family get away. Room was well equipped for cooking and very clean ! We will stay here again !

Description and photos of the condo were spot on. This is an incredible place and I can't say enough about the furnishings and appliances. Convenience store just a few blocks away and grocery shopping within 5 minutes. Spacious for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and so well equipped. We didn’t realize how much we needed a dedicated ice maker!! Nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked. We had issues with the property front gate being stuck and not opening with the code. However, the management company was quick to respond and help. Also has a couple of small maintenance issues, but again they were resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation spot

Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, dish towels etc. And the location is perfect. Costumer service was very helpful and responded immediately. We will definitely be back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious and had amazing views. The balcony was huge and we overall had a great time. With having toddlers I wish the condo would have been cleaner. Some examples were the bathtub in the master bath being dirty upon arrival and our feet were turning black from dirty floors. We also had difficulty with the air conditioning unit, our condo was 76/77 degrees all week. Otherwise the condo was great for our larger group.

Heaven On Earth!

I hosted family and friends for two weeks there and it truly was like heaven on earth. Plenty of room, a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach, pool, and gulf, a well equipped kitchen, and I could go on and on. The included beach service was wonderful and the responsiveness of the management team was unmatched to anywhere I have stayed before. The gated property was very secure and we felt totally safe during our stay. Do yourself a favor and rent this unit. You will not regret it!

Very nice condo!

This condo has a lot of space and bedrooms are nicely separated. Access to pool/ beach is convenient. No wait for elevators but this could be because it was September. The complex itself is not huge so that makes for less crowd which is great. We had a problem with TV in bunk room but it was quickly resolved the next day by a very helpful repairman. Kitchen was well equipped and there are several good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this condo for a large family if you can make the 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths work for your group.
