Welcome to Island Princess #516, a beautifully remodeled fifth-floor condo offering stunning, unobstructed ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and ocean balcony. Overlooking the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of America, this luxury retreat is your perfect beachfront escape.

Step through a private, gated portico into a fully updated interior featuring a modern kitchen with granite countertops and a large dining area. The open-concept living space includes tile flooring throughout, large sofa, two leather swivel recliners, and a flat-screen TV—all perfectly positioned for enjoying the spectacular ocean views.

This spacious, three-bedroom, three-bath condo comfortably sleeps six:

Master Suite: King-size bed, large closet, loveseat for reading or enjoying the ocean, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private on suite bathroom with granite vanity and walk-in tiled shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, closet, private on suite bathroom with granite vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and two bedroom windows overlooking the private portico.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, flat-screen TV, closet, and private on suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tiled tub/shower combo.

You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries of home including coffee pot, Keurig, crock pot, blender, dishes, pans, silverware, drinkware and so much more. The unit has an in-unit laundry with iron and ironing board.

From March to October, indulge in complimentary beach service with a premium umbrella, two recliner chairs, and beach towels—all thoughtfully provided by the owners.

Beautiful updated condo. End unit with small private courtyard outside front door. Fantastic views, beach service. Good comfortable bed - only used master - and comfortable furniture. Nice pool. Had a great time.

The condo was beautifully decorated. The floor plan was perfect with all 3 bedrooms having an attached private bathroom. We enjoyed the view of the whole beach, sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The outdoor gated area by the front door was nice for keeping beach items. Sandra, the owner, was pleasant in communicating thru emails and gave us many thoughtful tips for our visit in the welcome packet. We would definitely book again if we revisit beautiful Okaloosa Island beach.

Great place, fully stocked for all of our needs. Beds are hard, which all my girlfriends were complaining about (but I kinda like a firmer bed.) Beautifully done!! We had a great time!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The condo was beautifully maintained, very clean, and exactly as described in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. Beautiful Ocean Front Stay

Our family of six had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, very well appointed, and we loved the view. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed time at the beach and the pool. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience and a beautiful condo! We enjoyed it very much. The TV remote was the only issue as it was very difficult to change channels but other than that! Great stay.

Excellent Location

This place has everything you need! Beautiful condo with all the amenities! The view is gorgeous and the location is perfect! Easy access to the beach and pool made for a great vacay! We loved seeing the military planes every day as well!

Fort Walton Beach

This is a great place to stay and very family friendly. The beach service is the best in Fort Walton. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

After looking for 5 years at Florida condos we finally found the condo that as soon as we walked in we knew it was the perfect condo for us. Beautiful ocean view right on the beach, great facilities in the Island Princess and the perfect location in Ft Walton. This condo is one of the very few with a private front entrance, three sets of glass doors with easy access to the wrap around balcony and beautiful ocean view.

We stay in our condo a number of times each year. We want it to have all the comforts of our home for us and for each of you. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, nice towels, mats, beautiful comforters, rugs, extremely comfortable recliners and great balcony furniture. This condo has 3 granite bathroom vanities, (2) tiled walk-in showers and (1) tub and shower combination all fully remodeled and beautiful.

This condo has a great master walk in shower, new tile, new mattresses in all bedrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and each bathroom. All appliances, pots, pans and dishes you will need for that great meal.
