The neighborhood's popularity is accentuated by its proximity to desirable amenities including the Sanctuary and Turtle Point golf course, but most notably the home is a 4 minute bike ride/ 10 minute walk along a beautiful tree-canopied path (known as the "Allee of the Oaks") directly to the beach access. Lagoon and golf course views extend across the borders of the sweeping back lawn, seamlessly integrating the coastal foliage of the Island into the exterior design.

No smoking, no pets, fireplace and garage access are NOT available for guest use.
