PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.



Come stay in our comfortable townhome that features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms open kitchen concept and a private heated* pool.

Our home is very well located in Encantada Resort with short walking distance to the club house, where you will find business center, sauna, fitness center, game room, bank, tennis court, heated pool overlooking the lake and a specialized care service during your vacation, kids playground and much more.

The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and 2 charis to relax and enjoy the 43 inch SMART TV. This area opens to private pool area with 4 seats table. There are also a half bathroom on first floor.

Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked and slate kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.
