New to the rental marked in February 2023, this recently refurbished 4 bed / 3 bed villa can be found on the resort of Hampton Lakes, with direct access to Highway 27 it is ideally located for all of the attractions!

There is enough space to sleep 8, and an oversized enclosed lanai with private pool.

Inside the home you will find new furnishing, new kitchen appliances and new quartz counters.

There are ROKU TVs fitted throughout the home so you can sign in to your favourite streaming services and free wifi is available to all our guests.


Our West Facing Pool is equipped with table and chairs along with Loungers to enable you to enjoy the beautiful Florida heat, when its time to cool off, the lanai offers shade and cooling from a large ceiling fan. The proximity of the highway can lead to some traffic noise.

An amazing single-story home, fully refurbished in February 2023, a modern open concept, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living and dinning rooms, additional living space featuring a large pool, outdoor table and chairs with optional BBQ in the desired rental community of Hampton Lakes located 15 miles from Disney.

The screen enclosed pool is ideal for relaxing after a day at the attractions. The home has new stainless appliances, quartz and granite counters and tile back splash in the open plan kitchen overlooking the family room. Decorated in a comfortable elegant and modern style. Close to Disney, I4, US 27 and SR429, great location close to Champions gate. The community has a fully equipped fitness center, playground, volleyball and tennis courts.

Stylish furnished, air-conditioned and fully equipped with Wi-Fi internet, smart TVs (4K 65” in each of the family and living rooms and 32” in each of the bedrooms). Your comfort and enjoyment are our priority, and every effort has been made to ensure this.

This single home is located on Hampton Lakes in Davenport, Orlando. With proximity to Orlando's world-famous attractions, exceptional shopping centers and easy access to the I-4. There is a wonderful golf course close by at Providence, and Reunion and Champions Gate courses are just few minutes away. Hampton Lakes is an ideal location where you can have it all. A Publix grocery, Walmart and plazas are just a few minutes away by car.

Family Room: Overlooking the pool, the room has two distinct seating areas, rug, occasional tables and lamps. It is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying the entertainment center. This features two large new roku tvs.

Kitchen: The beautiful, well equipped modern kitchen comprises of a new 10 ft. bar quartz countertop, large kitchen sink, waste disposal, and pantry.
.Stainless steel Appliances: stove, microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser, Ninja Air Fryer and Blender, you need for nothing here!!

Bedrooms: All new vinyl floor providing a sense of natural wood and cleanness.

Master Bedroom 1: A great sized room that has been furnished well with access to the pool area. The large King-size bed has a quality mattress and superior linen, and Smart TV. En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub for 2, double vessel sinks, WC, hairdryer, and walk-in closet.

Suite 2: It has a King size bed with deeply top quality mattress and linen, Smart TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with combo shower, vessel sink, WC and hairdryer.

Suite 3: Another great room situated to the front of the property allowing for quiet and seclusion. It has twin beds, Smart TV, closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC and hairdryer.

Bedroom 4 has a single bed which can be extended in to a double, Smart TVs and closet.

Bathroom 3 Services bedrooms 3 and 4. Vessel Sink, bath with integral shower and WC.

Please note:

Parking: There is room for two standard vehicles on the Driveway only (No Large Trucks, SUVs, Mini Bus or Commercial Vehicles), there is no on street parking allowed at any of our homes.

* Pool heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night

* The use of the BBQ grill is $20 per night of stay

* Pet fee is $25 per pet per night of stay + $500 refundable deposit – Max. 2 pets

* Early check-in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Driving Distances from Hampton Lakes to the Orlando Theme Parks

We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

The Hampton Lakes community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.

There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.
