Emerald waters is our favorite location to stay at the beach. We love the location and neighborhood. We had a good stay, with no problems.

Beautiful Condo

This place was awesome my daughters and I loved it we had a great family vacation for 5 days we are going to make this a annual vacation!

We had nothing but problems during our stay. Our back door didn’t work, the tvs didn’t work, the doors, barely shut, the front door beeped all night long and unlocked and locked. We had maintenance there three1st time maintenance came. We specifically said we wanted to be there because we had a lot of stuff in the room and they came without our knowledge when we weren’t there and left a ginormous mess all over the floor with insulation and didn’t even fix the problems. Then we had another maintenance worker come they stepped on our luggage left muddy footprints opened up all our blinds so everyone could see inside our room and everything that was in it. Would I recommend staying here no. Our vacation was ruined by this place. We never had an issue before with Vrbo.

Condo needs work.

Broken and missing floor tiles. Broken cupboard doors. Missing grill on front of microwave. No toilet paper rod on holder in bathroom. Dirty rugs in bedroom, only one fork in silverware door when we arrived. Kitchen light didn't work. Plus others items

Great location w proximity to beach

Our experience was very positive. We had immediate response from property management services prior to and during our stay. They responded very quickly when we reported some concerns with microwave being broken upon arrival and a few light bulbs that were burned out. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Only thing it needed that we didn’t have was full set of steak knives. My husband cooked steak for dinner and could only find 1 knife. Also, would’ve been nice if a few more items were provided for guests such as garbage bags, and extra toilet paper. Loved the condo location, very close to beach. Looks like the kitchen appliances are due for replacement… broken microwave, broken buttons on refrigerator, loud dishwasher…all very outdated. All in all, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others. Thanks

A solid rental

Some minor imperfections. Nothing too fancy but had everything we needed. Great location. Would definitely stay again

I'd never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals Again!

We had no ac for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed. It took 48 hrs for someone to even come look at it and another 24 hr before a Manager would even call me back. It was labor day weekend, we couldn't go anywhere else and since we stayed we were told they couldn't offer us a full refund. First vacation without my kids and by far the worst. We flew in and didn't rent a car because the location was right on the beach. Couldn't change our flight home or we would of left. If you want good customer service and someone that's going to make sure your rental is in good shape, DON'T rent from Southern Vacation Rentals.

La verdad no volvería a rentar esta propiedad

La propiedad nesecita mucho mantenimiento, el piso está en muy mal estado, las puertas corredizas no funcionan y es difícil abrí y cerrar, algunos focos están fundidos, los utensilios de la cocina son muy pobres, la cafetera y licuada no funcionan bien etc etc etc. Definitivamente no volveré a rentar esta propiedad.

Easy check in & accommodating.

Everything was message via text on how to check in on the day of our check in. We just didn’t receive our parking permit as they promise so we just wrote info they told us to write in the sticky & put it in our truck dashboard the whole stay. Other than that, everything has no issue in the unit. The kitchen wares are complete and has washer and dryer. We got lucky to stay downstairs because of our senior citizens folks. Our patio is facing the community pool which is a plus. Beach access is just right across the street. And the Big Souvenir store is also across to the unit. Most of all, it’s a pet friendly unit.
