My wife and I stayed with our son and our bulldog, and had an excellent vacation! The property and our host were amazing, and the town was as well! Very unique accommodations! We are hoping to stay there again next year for vacation, if not sooner!

Great place to stay!

Nice quiet location. Pet friendly. Easy walk to town and the waterfront. Inside was clean and comfortable. I've always wanted a caboose since I was a kid so this stay was special.

Excellent option for visiting Boyne city.

Very nice, clean, friendly, and adventurous. Definitely would recommend for brief getaway up to four people.

Fun property in prime location. Ideal for families or a private getaway. Our only real complaint was a glaring lack of hot water which isn't mentioned (that I saw) until we arrived.

We absolutely loved the caboose!!! Perfect location. So cozy!!! Absolutely recommend and will be back. Walking distance to town and the beach.

Love the caboose.

This is a great small property. Good location, with an easy walk to town. This was our second visit and we are planning on coming back.

Great stay, great location!

This was such a cute place to stay! The location was within walking distance of the downtown area, farmer's market, ice cream, etc. Nice side yard with room to play catch with the kids, firepit to use, etc. Just as described. Quiet location too, which was nice.

Cute Caboose

We loved the opportunity to stay in this caboose! It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in this historical caboose. It is small - and don't plan to cook any meals - but there are many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. It is a wonderful place to stay to enjoy all that Boyne City has to offer in the summer, including a nearby beach.

What fun!

We had great fun staying in the caboose! It was very clean and offered lots of interest for us all. Great to see the restoration and renovation to make the most of the space. Very comfortable. Great location a short walk to downtown and the water.
