Wonderful place to stay. Easy access all around northern Michigan - Charlevoix, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Petosky, Mackinaw, St Ignace etc. Always a comfortable home away from home.

The property was just as nice as the picture show. The location was perfect, located very close to downtown. It was a great homebase for our many day trips. It was very well equipped and cozy. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and were very helpful.

Cute little cottage, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed our stay, the bikes, fire pit, firewood and roasting forks were great extras. Hope to stay again.

This place was just the right size and located really close to everything I wanted to do! The shower is really small, so I would suggest planning on quick, basic showers and the smoke detector was really sensitive, but the host was really kind when I reached out about it. Overall, would definitely plan on staying here again.

This was a great rental for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and had everything we needed. The host was great and check-in/out was very simple.I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for something near Lake Charlevoix. It’s close to downtown and the waterfront. They even had good recommendations for the many good restaurants in Boyne City posted in the house.

Our stay felt like a second home. Everything was clean and accommodated all our needs. Liked that it was biking distance to downtown. We also enjoyed the streaming options.

This was everything we expected. There was an issue with water in the village and Brian was right on top of it and notified us immediately. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

My husband & I had a most delightful 4 day’s stay at Brian & Becky’s cottage in Boyne City. The house was super clean & everything was exactly as indicated in the listing. They both were very helpful with terrific restaurant recommendations as well as where to get groceries for our stay & sights to see in the area. Check in & out was also super easy, as was all communications during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you are ever visiting this part of Michigan. Thank you, B & B, for making this such a wonderful experience.

Brian and Becky were such great hosts. They thought of everything. Clean and comfortable beds with a great yard for games and fire. Not far from town either to go exploring. Definitely a must see.

W have stayed at a number of rentals and, even if this cottage was small, it had everything we needed, was cute, and had a great flow. It was perfect for us to have a nice bed and clean place to settle down for the night and prep food as we visited family at the State Park. Only thing that could have helped a bit more was a few more kitchen basics, especially food storage, but that didnt negatively impact our stay in any way.

Very nice home. Furnished coffee, which most don’t, shampoo, body wash. Everything we needed. Very friendly hosts and father in law. We would certainly use it again if age permits. 82 & 87. Love B.C. graduated from there and love coming back to see so many renovated older homes.

We had the best stay! The Vrbo was so cozy and absolutely perfect. The snacks and flowers were such a thoughtful touch to help us celebrate the weekend.We checked out the SkyBridge, the island, and several of the recommendations from the board in the house.Already can’t wait to come back!

It was the perfect size my family of 4! My 2 kids loved the second bedroom. All the beds and bedding were comfy. We found everything we needed for cooking, laundry and bathroom essentials. Great location! Very cute little place!
